He doesn't show enough commitment so he must go in January.

It's just poor man management from AVB. Ade on form is exactly what we need. Ade is obviously a complicated character, but the manager needs to get the best out of him. Towards the end of last year he was looking quality again. We need that Ade back.

I'm really perplexed as to what the reason(s) are for Ade to be sidelined to this extent. Must be more to it than he's just got a lazy attitude. Has he offended AVB in some way? I don't get it.

Ted ....Don't be too harsh on Townsend he's young and has potential it's up to AVB to get the best out of him, teaching him to realise that there is more to his expected role other than cutting inside and getting a shot off is down to our coaches and AVB's tactics.

Don't care what anyone says or thinks, but he's an asset, there's no one else like him in our team. And he can make the difference when he's on form (like Chelsea away)

I think that there are wider issues with Adebayor,which nobody outside of the Tottenham board are privy too,you can't spend the vast amount of money on new players, then have to beg a disgruntled near do well to play for you,are things that desperate.?

Ade is on £110,000 a week and is our top earner. we also pay 10,000 a week to his charity.

I will tell you just some of things why he is sidelined.....

Unacceptable behaviour with benny at a game, culminating in the messing up of a corporate box. Champagne up the walls,etc.

Persistent lateness with training.

Persistently feigning illness, got caught last time by a member of staff at a nightclub in Essex!

Lying most notably at the African cup of nations travel debacle and being caught out.

Refusing to play in a under 21 game.

Upsetting members of staff including junior members of staff who are just kids.

Consistently clocking the lowest yards covered on the pitch. People are fooled because he strolls out wide that he is working hard. Absoloute myth.

This are just some of the reasons. I will tell all when he leaves.

How can people still want this idiot to play for the club I will never know.

I could understand if ade was quality week in week out, but he only plays well when we wants to.

For the record I have a suspicion avb is not allowed to play Ade anyway. Watch the way he speaks about him in interviews. Always random excuses such as illness or a mystery foot injury.

Listen mate I have hundreds of Ade stories I could write a book, they will all come out when he is gone. Not just from me but you will see loads of unbelieveable stories leaked.

i am just saying what he said. no reason to lie to me. he actually mentioned it to me at todays game when i started talking about bringing ade back onto the scene.

when he said the car stunk of weed, he said that it absolutely reeked of the stuff

Modern skunk/weed does tend to whiff more.
