I've only ever had that problem once, went to checkout and it refreshed the page and queued me. Was frustrating but still managed to get tickets in the end.

I think the system is a bit poor in general but it is what it is.
I managed to get tickets this morning thankfully, was only queuing for 20 odd minutes. How did you get on?

I had a similar problem where it just emptied the basket and then even had the cheek of logging me out. What type of membership do you have? The system is an absolute nightmare at times and even the people who buy from general sale complain a lot.

I have full membership and was buying for 2 of us and linking them. Decent seats first time of selecting. By the time I'd had my problem I could only get seats right at the back if together. Only single seats for a couple of the matches. I know I should be grateful I could get any seats cos I know lots of fans can't but I guess that comes down to the proven 'loyalty' - I just think we should have a more reliable system that doesn't empty your basket for you when you are just ready to go to checkout.
And yes - I've had the problem previously where it logged me out and that was even worse
