Jose to be sacked in January?
No one is saying he should be sacked.

Sideshow, Absolutely right, these players have a lot more to offer.
he could have put a far fresher team against west brom. which he didn't. Mata could have easily run that game if selected.
He has a hard task finding the best team out of this talented squad. what does annoy me is Lampard starting the majority of the matches.
Also the fact that he isn't willing yo try new things e.g playing Oscar in cm or luix dm. Even KDB in cm
Terry-Luiz was his first choice partnership until recently and KDB hasn't been good in his appearances enough to merit starting
All two of them? Who has been good enough these past two matches to merit a starting position?

Pretty sure KDB didn't even play #10 for Werder Bremen anyway so I don't know why he's being played there
Jose's stubbornness is worrying me.
I understand the frustartion over Mata, but frankly Luiz has not deserved to play over Cahill and Terry so far this season...........
and as for KDB, well he is just the victim of us having a very unbalanced squad with an overload of players for certain positions and a shortage of players in other poistions...
Mourinho is trying to manage this imbalance and he is finding it a challenge, but hopefully in January we can get the squad more balanced
It's Bruce Bucks turn to pick a manager
Does not matter who picks the manager while Emanelo plays fantasy football with the squad
Bruce usually sleeps through the games he wont know if it's going alright or not

I agree with that, there's still plenty of time for him to amend that however he certainly hasn't got the best out of Luiz and Mata like Rafa and RDM did, and KDB should be getting more game time to prove himself, like the rest of our unused squad.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Luiz was still making mistakes and playing poorly under those managers. But agree with mata. We're starting to struggle even with this " tracking back " and " work ethic" that so called Oscar and hazard do more than mata. So play him
Jose's first stint brought a mental toughness and team unity with him, But until now i don't see that happening and we are losing in more than one way.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Comparing his first stint to this time round is perfectly natural, but it is in my opinion a big mistake because the whole set of circumstances are totally different this time round, both in terms of this current Chelsea squad and also the compeition in the PL where more teams than before are much harder beat...
Also we won all our games in October and everything was fine, we lose one and draw one and suddenly its verging on a crisis?
Don't look for instant results this time round, view this season and a learning curve for Mourinho under a set of different circumstances, yes he needs to learn to adapt his preferred model and then let's judge him more on next season rather than this one.
