Villa will beat us. Any period of the season where Chris Brunt is in with a shout of playing is a dark time indeed. 2-0 Villa would be my prediction.

............Yacob..Mulumbu...........
Amalfitano-Sessegnon-Berahino

Billy Jones is one of the first names on my Albion team sheet these days. What a player he's turned out to be!
I hate Mon games and especially hate the idea of a BC derby on a Mon night.
It's obviously going to be close, they always are.
Baggies to shade it...just...2-1
Sess and GMac to score...
Spot on.
However I've only just remembered he's injured!
Will he be back for this?
Also....where the hell are Scott Sinclair and Zoltan Gera?
I'm liking the night time kick off.
Surprised the fuzz have allowed after it's got abit 'rowdy' the last few meetings.
But a derby 'under the lights' =
Unpredictable. My gut feeling is that we (Villa) will win it; the intensity of the occasion is just what we need to come out with all cylinders firing. Having said that, we can be vulnerable to the unpredictable, something which Shane Long is very good at. Could go either way.
Zolly would be a great addition to the side, 20min cameos would be excellent. Part of me thinks we'll never see him play again though. He was due back from injury in early October.
A week tonight and it's time for the only West Mids derby in the PL this year.
A few questions...
• How Villa fans think their team will line up?
• How baggies think we'll line up?
• Predictions?
• General thoughts on the game?
• Will Villa fans pretend they don't care about this derby then celebrate a 0-0 like they've won the league again?
Expected or I hope Guzan Lowton Vlaar Clark Baker(or Luna) Bacuna Delph Westwood Tonev Agbonlahor and Benteke.
Doesnt matter

You think you are the best so you will win easily
We don't care Wolves are bigger than you.

JH, I read on twitter that Sinclair will be on the bench next Monday. Reports are coming out that Benteke might be injured as he picked up a knock against Columbia and then got another knock in training yesterday!
Aston Benteke minus Benteke?
Lovely
WBA are a far superior football team to has-beens aston villa. maybe if this game was played in 1980 villa could win. as it stands they will be very lucky to get a draw.
Recent results show it's always a close derby
2010-11
Villa 2-1 WBA
WBA 2-1 Villa
2011-12
Villa 1-2 WBA
WBA 0-0 Villa
2012-13
Villa 1-1 WBA
WBA 2-2 Villa
2013-14

Just no way of telling how this one will go. Depends which teams turn up on the night, esp for Villa.

Another backward step for AVB Sunday more likely
We all know the Vile are carp and only luck kept them out of where they truly belong - Division 2.
Pride of the Midlands - we know what we are !
That Andy Gray fellah is either a pôôfter or a closet Dingle ! He's a defo wànker !
I think its got 0-0 written all over it.
Villa will employ their usual 'park the bus and smash it to Benteke' tactic, especially if Gabby is injured. Although Villa do look like they have found a decent free-kick taker so Mulumbu and Yacob especially have to cut out the stupid fouls.
First goal if there is one is massive. Don't want to be doing another rescue mission like we had to last season. Villa do look a bit better defensively this season.

Oi can sniff out a Dingle at 100 miles. Dingle, Dingle, come out, come out wherever you are or I'll huff and I'll puff and blow yum gaff down !
i predict a 4-0 rout for the baggies
4 Boaz Myhill goals
Shït on the Villa
