If you think you deserved something against us at Anfield last season, you are the embarrassment

Well... I wonder how we managed a point
I'm guessing the players were lucked in at Melwood and we didn't turn up for the match, and the ref decided to award 1 point to both teams..

By not getting red cards when you should have, or let me guess Suarez shouldn't have been sent off?

You want the ref to red card a player after seeing nothing? If the ref had maybe like 4 eyeballs and saw the bite then maybe you'd have a point.

What about Danny's potential leg breaker on Bertrand infront of the linesman? or Carragher's constant mouthing off?

Amazing how the ref, linesman and assistant ref all missed it.

Roman bribed them

Contentious? Understatement of the year!

I do remember there being uproar at the time of the Suarez incident tbf, a lot of the media saying he shouldn't have been on the pitch when he scored.

Get what you mean though - when we beat Norwich 3 1 last season we were given a suspect pen which was a 100% a pen. All the media did was talk about our dodgy pen, despite the fact Norwich scored from a free kick that was never a free kick in the first place....

Exactly, the only time i properly moaned about the ref was post Barcelona (because THAT was blatant cheating), i usually tend to accept what comes around goes around and move on, i wasn't even that het up about Clattenberg gate if im honest.

That game against Barca was a farce. Even as an Arsenal fan it was quite clear to see you'd been cheated out of at least 3 pens.

We have a pretty good record against Barca in the CL over recent year, even pre-Roman we came 7 minutes away from knocking them out over two legs with a team that boasted an attack of Rivaldo and Figo flanking Kluivert.

Of the times they have come out on top in our recent battles I’m not sure they have done it once without some controversy giving them a massive advantage. The ridiculous multiple penalties appeals aside we also had Del Horno sent off for a standard yellow card offence when Messi decided to do a few extra rolls on the floor for good measure and also another game where Drogba got sent off for going for a 50/50 ball he had every right to go for against the keeper, not even certain it was worthy of a yellow or even a free kick, I’ll need to have look at that again.

have Barca ever beaten us when we had 11 men on the pitch

OP in response to your original question I assume it's because we're a hated club, especially by the media.

So whenever we get a favourable decision go our way it allows the media to vent their hate and anger towards us.

Seems to be the end of the world whenever we get a favourable decision.

It's really quite laughable when you sit back and look at it.
