Nice - thanks Don.

Good to get some potted highlights.

The O's tomorrow then. They might have gone very slightly off the boil but they're still a good side and will be a real challenge for us.

I think we should keep Ajose and N'Guessan up front with Ranger on the bench for this one.

Thoughts?

Unless we park the bus we will be given a lesson on how to play the game, well that's just my view. Sorry, but with Hall and Ward in the middle of back four we will get a right old fashioned thrashing. I severely hope I'm wrong.

I'll take 1-1 now

Oh dear, seems I was about right. Our finishing cost us dear and our defence is about as capable as a cullender and has as many holes. Hall not up to the task, and Ward is past it. Rumours abound we are selling Fodders in January and NO money in the pot for replacement defenders. Add to that Ajose is likely to leave as Leeds are interested in buying him from Peterborough. What happens then if some of the Spurs boys go as well. Deep, very deep brown and sticky stuff hitting the fan. Murrall has left for pastures new , and there were stories circulating that someone is trying to unsettle Power, evidently rife on Twitter last week. Rumours also about a falling out between Cooper and Ranger, whether there is any substance to that I dunno, and I get that from a reliable grapevine.
Back to the game and they, L.O, looked a threat every time they came forward. Once more some very lack lustre decisions from the ref. We were awful at the back, again, gave away chances at the front, and Jay Macca needs a sharp injection of anger management, idiot. We will not get to the play off's, mid table and I'll take that right now. Power needs to pull a couple of CB's out of hat this New year or Paxo will be the order of the day. Now the books are straight I would not be surprised to see the club sold on, the main hindrance being so so so many of PDC's brain wave signings turned out to be donkeys and we are still stuck with them on our wage bill, Navaro and Williams for two on a rumoured £5k a week each. Add Troy to that list, will he ever play again, and Benson is still our player but on a season long loan and we still have Cox and another whose name escapes me right now. Idiot Italian is responsible for well and truly turning this club over. Sorry for the rant, by jove I feel better now. Looking forward to Christmas but not the sporting fixture list, as I said, plenty of Paxo on the menu and it gives me indigestion in more ways than one.

I know it's easy for me to say, but things will get better because your are too good a club to stay down for too long. You are welcome to come down to Roots Hall to see some good football (at the moment), and we only charged a fiver admission for the last home game. Stuck another 4000 on the gate!

SF, your post was detailed as usual. Mine is less so. It is obvious to me that Ward is past his sell-by-date & Hall hasn't ripened yet. No cover for either of them. A bloke at LB who is a liability. If Fodders goes, we don't have a hint of a defence. Up front, we have to make do with what we have because there are no good cheap strikers.
On the bright side, I do think that the midfield is OK, mind you, it should be 'cos we've got enough of them!

Roots...nice to see you on here. I've noticed that your lads are going well. Tough one at Pompey tomorrow though...good luck for that one.
