Yea you make a good point, but it doesn't change the observation that the way we try to play doesn't exactly suit our personel
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Absolutely!
But the way we were and had been playing clearly wasn't going to be sustainable and Jose is changing that, I believe the team has some great individual players in, better than when he first joined
But we need to become a better TEAM if that makes sense? And Jose is doing that
Next year we'll be even better!
Double sub - trying to out Jose Jose?
Allardyce with a Mourinho style substitution (i.e. yanking off J Cole before halftime)
Absolutely!

this
We still look very individualised Ronny.
Demel has been comical at times
We will do TBK, this is a big change that's happening but I personally think it is changing and we are becoming a better team.
I think you're just seeing what you want to see..
That was close!
Oscar playing well, great movement!
Lol - guys here have just said we only have 4 goals this season from strikers
For me, we seem to still rely on individual brilliance or not-very-subtle strokes of luck.
Sam Allardyce has to be one of the poorest managers around. Anyone who plays without a striker and then complains of a lack of goals is bordering on incompetent.

But I could say you're seeing what u want to see?
Last season we were leaking goals all over the place and also were second best to some midtable teams!
This year we don't!
Everton loss was unlucky
Newcastle loss was cr@p and the players did need a massive kick up the ass
Sam...sort that lot out...good luck. ..not
We are still leaking goals and losing points to some midtable teams (WBA, Basel, Everton, Newcastle)
The emphasis on team play is welcome and actually much needed as our individual talents aren't consistent enough to produce like we've had in the past.
Our transition should have been less drastic given the players we had at the start of the season.
Everton the mid table team that's lost 1 game at home all year
