Froch vs Groves: Post Fight

Matchroom promoted this fight and some of Groves old figths but Groves is a free agent at the moment.

Eddie might try and offer his some deal now and promising a world title shot again in the future, but Groves should not take it, Hearn is responsible for this injustice to Groves.

Groves said on a sky interview (one of the links provided) that he was a free agent.

After that performance he wont struggle to find someone to promote him.

Golden Boy would be perfect, Ward is stuck with Goossen and Froch is not long for the sport.

At 25 Groves is the future and GB must know that

Groves hammered Froch. Great fighter.

I'd pick DeGale to beat Froch. Froch has serious issues with slick boxers. That is provided JDG doesn't lie on the ropes like a hooker.

Not a chance, Froch would smash Degale

Nah. He has too many glaring weaknesses. He is a guy who trades on stamina and toughness. JDG would outbox him. Froch offers little and has been exposed. Because he got the KO over Taylor and the hometown decision over Dirrell people forget that he is just an above average fighter.

I deliberately omitted Ward who is on another planet.

Groves should not fight Froch again, he would get robbed by Matchroom/Hearn again unless he knocks him out unconscious. Groves should go through another route for a world title.

Froch vs Ward is pretty much heresey. Froch would not only get schooled again but possibly embarrassed. He hates slick fighters.

Froch got schooled and embarrassed last night.
Inside and outside the ring.

Groves would KOed Froch if they fought again.

It won't happen though.

Froch might retire now.

Groves had incredible concentration right from the off. It was the one thing that stood out for me. Froch just seemed so lazy and he was a standing target for most of the rounds. Groves kept on landing that right hand time after time.

Groves was landing this all night long.

Gif of the stoppage. Absolute joke.

Groves is the better fighter. More skilled and all round better. One advantage Froch has is that he is one tough SOB

He is very fair skinned, bruises show up easily.
