And rested for Southampton
4 points from the top, qualified with a game to spare, in the QF of the Carling Cup.
Quadruple still on
yep we qualified however lost 700 k for nor gaining 3 points, I think we should deduct loses like that from players wages lol
who said don't criticise? i think he should be criticised, but not to the point where people are calling for his head, that's ridiculous. (Then again i still think calling for the majority of our previous managers to have been sacked was ridiculous too)
Not from me. Please go ahead with your constructive criticism. I have done my bit and been shut down as ell by the blind followers
Constructibe criticsm yes but personal agenda driven criticism like yours then frankly, how can anyone take you seriously?
The problem is to criticize Jose one will have to make itpersonal because nobody will even listen to your point
What is your point then? I'll listen if you make it

But I guess people do realise that I didnt join this forumthis year after Jose came on.
And as that Toby feckin morone criticizes every player calls me names
If we didn't have Jose then who else...?
Jose is the best manager in the world and few could argue that statement. If he can't get this group of players playing then no one can.
I think our problem lies with transfers, the players we've bought over the years haven't been top quality or they've not fitted into the team.
Buying Ballack one transfer window and then buying Torres for £50million one window..
Not buying Aguero has to be one of the greatest absolute mess of our transfer business ever.....

I said before the season started I felt Jose wasn't quite so special anymore. That said he is still a very good manager but attractive football was never going to be his top priority....
In the long term Jose will probably improve things but I guess the question you need to ask yourselves is do you want to keep Jose for a number of years and see what he can still do with some time to build a team or do you get out quickly and bring someone in whose long term vision will be more palatable to you...
Don't think anyone would criticise Chelsea too much for hanging onto him for a few years and seeing what he can do (that is will not criticise Chelsea outside of the odd game like at OT)
very very poor performance & Jose will know that only too well
