cardiff should have won against arsenal. Football games are won taking there chances, arsenal matched arsenal chances wise 2nd half but arsenal shots went in cardiff had 4 shots saved. Man utd played better away to cardiff but how big different scorelines.

Arsenal midfield is very poor, they are just lucky that everything seems to be going there way. On another day they lose that game against cardiff after that 2nd half performance. They same thing against crystal palace. Teams are matching arsenal nearly every game shot for shot but arsenal seem to win each time.

I think arsenal even though they top the league had the least amount of shots in current top 10 and as much against.

in what way have we " not been great "

sound like a little bit of childish jealousy now man u are out of the prem race and have zero chance in the CL
------ or are we being a little harsh ?

You have not been great but have got the points on the board.

Getting a dominating result at the new giant killing away fortress that is Cadiff City this season would suggest otherwise

I hope Wenger buys some midfielders to strengthen our weak midfield in the winter

To be fair, this is Hafijur. Anything he says should just be ignored and laughed at.

This hajifur guy is a joke. "Arsenals midfield is poor" hmm it could be argued its the best in the league, and its light years ahead of man utds.

What a douche.

Arsenal midfield is poor. Whenever we play arsenal its like as if they are struggling to keep up. 1st half we absolutely penned arsenal in. Anyway it seems like the team who are taking there chances are near the top, that is arsenal chelsea man city, liverpool etc.

Man utd cannot hit a barn door at the moment in the league when it matters.

I thought we would be lucky to get top four

It depends, I think the luck is on your side though. Man utd need to start scoring 4 or 5 goals per game as apart from against arsenal and sunderland in the leaegue we can't win by 1 goal. I think man utd have conceded the fewest shots on target on our goal this season yet concede bucket loads. Its very strange nearly every shot on target goes in against us. This season actually reminds me of 2010-11 season but the difference is we can't even win consistently at home.

Arsenal never seem to play well at man utd. But I must say, hajifur, that no man utd midfielder would get anywhere near arsenals first team. So if arsenals midfield is "poor", what does that make utds?

You can only give one piece of evidence on how Arsenal's midfield is poor. The fact that they didn't turn up against ManUTD. How that allows you to give an overall conclusion, I have no idea. And don't forget, on the day we had Ozil, Arteta who also had the sickness bug, who had to start.

I wouldn't say Arsenal are lucky at all. It's pure reward for the excellent performances. The only time I can remember being lucky is when the ref didn't give Sunderland & Liverpool advantage which lead to goals. But who cares, we are top.

His grapes are sour and his lemons are bitter, he obviously can't stand the idea that the fergie effect has gone and utd are now being shown as merely an above average team dragged forward by 2 world class strikers.

We have 3 great strikers actually. They have been a bit hit and miss this season when it matters hence more dropped points then usual. We are actually playing better defensively and similar offensively as last season. Just that we are not taking a higher proportion of our chances we get. Man utd kep 3 clean sheets in europe conceding 1 shot on target in 2 of those games and 0 in the other. That is what we are doing better. What we are doing worse is not outscoring the opposition.

Viva Ronaldo. The truth is arsenal ozil while being a great player, they don't have apart from ramsey a top direct attacking player. Man utd have many. Arsenal will struggle soon. The signs are there. Man utd have not clicked, arsenal have clicked and they grinding out results man utd seem like its one of those 2010-11 seasons away from home. Try all you might but we can't get the points we deserve.

Tight premierleague. If arsenal go on a bad run then they could miss out. I remember 07-08 season the start to the season wasn't great to, likewise 08-09 season but we pulled through when it mattered.
