I like Cazorla but I think he does not deserve to be in starting XI on current form, Rosicky or Theo should have started for me.
I think it's because Rosicky will be used against Napoli so he needs some rest and Theo has only just came back from injury so maybe Wenger doesn't want to throw him straight in the deep end as it may be too soon.
Looking at the table, you can see why Martinez is going for it. Win today and Everton climb above City into the top 4, and go joint second with chelsea and liverpool on points.
Also, I disagree with whyalwaysme, Cazorla is still playing well despite not being anywhere near his best. He's always doing good things and always a threat.
Thought we might see Theo start but Cazorla is on the wing instead.
Means Everton will be able to play a higher line than we might like when we have the ball.
On the other hand we will be able to keep our shape better when they have the ball. I think this choice is showing Everton the respect they deserve on current form.
I did think Arteta and Flamini would both start, but Wenger could well have that trip to Naples in mind with this selection

Wilshere probably, Rambo box-to-box/all over the place, and the other 3 (Jack, Santi, Mesut) interchanging.
