I think city stand more of a chance getting through tbh

Just irritating that because we were group runners up, we have to play the 2nd leg away. Such a disadvantage in my eyes.

City do. Barca are nothing special. But they are a completely different animal with Messi up front.

Bayern and Madrid are the sides I didn't want us to face. We have a decent chance against the rest, including Barca. Those 2 though are capable of handing us a drubbing.

Bayern won't let us play.

Every time a team presses us we struggle.

Even Everton gave us a bit of a lesson last week.

This is the same bayern team went to the Etihad and annihilated them

Should be a very good set of games, you've got to be confident going into them, anything can happen, we've seen it year on year teams winning over 2 legs when on paper they should be beaten.

Well if we can't beat them what is the point of staying in the Champs league? Might as well save our energy and try to win the prem, if this is the case!

If we get a new striker of high caliber we shouldn't have a problem with any team!

Also the same Bayern team that probably only won their group because footballers can't do maths. Tough draw for you but the toughest Bayern could have got

I'd be even more confident if we had a top striker ahead of Ozil though. That may be Wenger's next task. Let's hope he gets a striker who's not cup tied for this.

Who would you suggest realisticly? Think apart from Suarez who isnt cup tied but not available. So who?

If we take a lead to bayern we will win. I'm confident. Much rather have them than Barcelona.

GT
That's the thing. Not many available in January. I'm sure Wenger could find someone if he really tried.

At least you know under Guardiola, Bayern are going to attack, they wont try and play the for a stalemate to win it at home. They will come to your patch and try and beat you.

That at least offers the oppertunity for an open game, under Guardiola, Barca often underperformed for this very reason.
