Derubbishdese,
In the past I have always defended the man and even to this day I can forgive him for most of the errors he has made.
But 3 things gives me course for concern:
1. His behaviour in your incident is unacceptable.
2. His determination to keep a person on the board who was deemed to be “not a fit and proper person” because he was a business partner with him.
3. The Barnsley Fiasco was the final straw for me.
Notice I never even mentioned the TO.
Ryan is suffering from what Lord Acton once said
“All power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely”
Ryan street cred has gone down hill recently and thats from some people who have worked very closely with him over the years. Ryan thought the supporters would follow him blindly and they didn't perhaps thats the cause of his bad behaviour.
Thanks or your thoughts Alex
I negated to mention that I had no intention of cutting in front of him. I had too much respect to do that to the man. I actually was waving him ahead when the abuse projectiled from his mouth.
Maybe it was a reaction to being just a supporter who had to queue to get out of a car park.
I wonder if he now has to have a season pass to gain entry to the car park and was pipped off at having to pay for it.
I wonder why after 87 minutes he was leaving the ground. he has spoken out against early leavers before.
Who knows why.
I actually, still feel personally hurt by what happened.
Alex, you I firmly believe, are correct. He has thrown his dummy out as he can't get what he wants.
I wonder if he will go back to watching the Manchester clubs now.
Maybe I hope so.
If it makes you feel any better My Ryan had palpitations when he heard my name mentioned in the past when I did something he didn't like.
No one can deny that he saved the club and I will be forever grateful for that and to a certain extent he earned enough brownie points to cover errors that he has made but when Ryan performed the Barnsley Fiasco that pushed it a bit far for me.
Ryan is not a match for Bramall in the boardroom and its procedures and it appears to have frustrated him. Right now the club is in the right hands and we all know it will be hard for the team to survive in this league but mark my words, the vultures, Ryan and his hedge fund mates, are just waiting for the poor performances to stir up trouble for the board.
Ryan ,if he is to be remembered fondly by all, should now support the board and retire with dignity but will he?
We should all be very humble supporters of the Rovers including Ryan.
Peace on earth and good will to all men except the hedge fund group.
Merry Christmas to one and all.
How's Theo Robinson getting on?
we done the double.
when he puts the effort in he is ok.and is as good as we can afford or attract
but as you will know he seldom seems do that for some reason.same as macheda.thats why they are playing for us.
