Interims are all the rage.
Or rage at the interims in our case
Why not have a managerial transfer window, however you are still allowed to sack people during the season but you must promote from within- youth coach, assistant etc.
Would curb some player power too as they couldn't just muck about knowing that someone will be sacked soon.

Interesting but not convinced it would really stop the problem.
Allardyce won't be sacked. Saw a clip of their chairman the other day (proper down to earth bloke, who for a change owns a club that he supports) and knows that stability is needed. I reckon Sam will stay for at least one more season in the championship if they were to even get relegated

I witnessed that interview as well
They will sack him easily. I don't even think they are fans, they came to profit over a stadium decision they had inside information about.

Allardyce is a dead man walking. He'll be gone by Feb.

The dreaded vote of confidence eh. Big Sam might as well pack his bags now then.
Sullivan said in a relegation battle Allardyce is the exact kind of manager they would be looking for
It was a great interview
Also said they review manager at the end of season
Who 1 starred this ?
Someone who likes the fact that a quarter of all Premiership managers have been sacked only 4 months into the season ?
