Not only Palace
Loldado must have thought it was going to be Christmas everyday when he first game. Probably why he isn't trying so hard at the moment.
About 3 or 4 seasons Vert.
But it's still satisfying to see Spurs suffer some strife.
Some of your fans are far from humble.
Bournemouth are further away from the drop zone than Fulham.
They are in the Championship as you are LRF
Wow this has really cheered me up thanks
Last 5 games? A "convenient" number. Last 6 games:
Aston Villa: 8 points
Spurs : 7 points
We are the greatest.
TUX, I'm a neutral position as I don't support either club. So actually, I'm in the perfect position. I'm arguing the Spurs side as it seems quite an illogical argument.
I seem to recall the last game between both sides ended in Spurs beating Villa on Villa's home patch 0-2. Am I wrong? Just thought I'd point that out. They also beat you 0-4 as well, same ground? That's you not scoring against this so called, "garbage" team. -6 GD for you, +6 Spurs.
Not just a Palace fan Sizzle...a bitter Palace fan
By the way TUX....National Express want their bus back, can you remember which football pitch you parked it on last?
Palace Fan

When was the last time Benteke scored a Hat-trick?
Point being? You aren't far off losing to Fulham.

Spurs got schooled
£100mil buys you 8 more points than Villa.
Bargain!!!
McParland, Instead of doing recent games, how many from the start of the season? Spurs are 8 POINTS BETTER OFF than Villa. So whose the joke? Villa.
Listen Villa fans,
You've got nothing to argue when Spurs' squad is probably worth more than you're club put together, they are 8 points better than you, above you, in a European competition - you're not, beaten you twice, got a +6 GD on you in all competitions, you haven't mustered a goal against this so called "joke team".
What's the argument to any of the above?
All joking aside.
Will spurs have to pay the remainder of AVB's contract as did Chelsea?
Nice work if you can get it.
@Vert
Why am I bitter bud? I just stated a fact, that's all.
After the money you'd spent in the summer I was hoping to see a decent Prem team but you really let me down tbh. You were poor.
We're here for a year and enjoy every single game. Our players may not beat yours but our fans will out-sing anyone.

TUX, All though we both had a go at each other, you seem to actually know something.
The reason Spurs fans + me are having a go is that Villa fans aren't in the position (as the table + results show) to talk about any joke clubs, as they are still way behind Spurs themselves. Sorry to create an argument. But also, you aren't a bitter Palace fan, one of the only one's mate.
All credit you at Palace, you deserve to enjoy you're time, but you really need to make sure the points come in as well, just heat that quick warning, because it didn't with Reading last season. But I hope it works out for Palace. So we can kick you're ass next season.
Best of luck to you.
All though Although * Hate spell check on my PC.
TUX, I take it back and apologise...you just came across rather bitter in that first post, my mistake
VG, We both on the same wavelength. *100% WUM free* is an interesting statement on you're Username.
And by the way...I agree about your fans, they're a real credit to the club.
Wouldn't be surprised to see you stay up tbh...only a point behind West ham and only 6 behind Villa
The reason Spurs fans + me are having a go is that Villa fans aren't in the position (as the table + results show) to talk about any joke clubs, as they are still way behind Spurs themselves.
If you read the thread it relates to Spurs Fans mobbing our board saying how good they are.
They are the current joke, we probably still are but out of the spotlight for now
Seriously, fellow Villa fans, this is not the time to mock our friends at Spurs as they contemplate the misery of their situation. And it is not a good situation.
The real problem is not that their manager has gone (at least, not wholly, ditching someone who has the best record of wins for a good 12 years isn't exactly constructive), but that their donkey of a chairman is still there. He has a problem; he doesn't understand football.
Splashing out £100m on 6 expensive players isn't of itself a mistake. Doing it in the belief that it's going to guarantee Champions League football is plain stupid. Bringing in that 6 players is OK provided that you recognise that what you're doing is a massive rebuilding exercise. And that takes time. It takes time for the players to get used to the PL and get used to each other, and for the manager to really work out how to get the best out of what he's got. Simply get a decent season now, looking to be knocking on a Champion's League door next year, and hope you'll actually get there the year after. I say hope, because competition for a place has really started to hot up. That's the reality. And the best chance to get there is be patient, build over a period, not fire the manager who is probably as good as anybody but can't do the impossible.
Believe me, dear Spurs friends, we do sympathise with you as you contemplate your future, whatever it is...
