Tyson may have been all that and worst but he is a student of boxing and has studied the great fighters throughout history
I like watching Pacman fight. The angles from which he throws punches from are ridiculous sometimes. I like Mayweather as well though. His fights arent that exciting but there's such a clamour from everyone to see him lose that his fights, the pre fight drama and all the other drama he brings to the table make it exciting anyway.
All the celebrities you see turn up for Mayweather's fights, turn up to see if Mayweather will lose imo because they want to say they were there when and if he does lose. I dont think they turn out because they genuinely enjoy watching Mayweather. Maybe some of them do.

Since when has Tyson been the go to guy for boxing knowledge, admittedly he will know more than the average joe but everyone's entitled their own opinion and I can garuntee you can spend all day on the net and find more boxers past of present who think mayweather is better or looks more sensational than pacqiou
Tyson knows more about boxing than 99.99% of the people involved in boxing.
He is a student of the sport. He understands the the aspects of the sport that are over looked by your average fight fan.
Its the question thats the key. He said "sensational" ie which is more pleasing or entertaining. He wasn't asked whose better or more technical. Of course FM has a "sensational" defence and counter punching. Yes MP has his speed and attack. This is why this superfight must happen. However im afraid FM does not want it. Hes made one too many excuses.

Floyd is the more rewarding fighter to watch if u are a smart fan, however for the average Joke Manny is a better spectacle.
