It really doesn't take a genius to work out who is to blame.
I think you could probably find quotes where both fighters have said "I want the fight". Whether they actually do or not is debatable.
For example - Manny might be saying "I want the fight" because he's confident Floyd DOESN'T want the fight. Therefore looking the "bigger" man. When in reality he might not actually want it.
You can't find hardly any quotes from the first 18 months of Mayweather saying he wanted the fight.
He has only said so once, then a week later he said he was only saying that because it was what his fans wanted to hear.
