Carrick and Clevs will play in the middle IMO, with Giggs left and Kagawa in behind Rooney
Robbie Savage is saying today he's hearing whispers of Rooney being out for today
Rumour is that Rooney is out.

of the closet?
I really can see fatigue kicking in today, with the injuries we have, some of these players are going to be playing almost 3 times in a week, unless Moyes makes some changes. With away games too and possibly conceding early and chasing the game, I really expect us to struggle today.
We lost last year to them and I think the year before it took a last minute goal to beat them. I know it's not about the performance, it's just about getting 3 points, but I only see 1 today.
Tut tut Rooney up to his Christmas drinking again.
Hopefully Rooney is on the bench
when was the last time we won without Valencia, Rooney and RVP?
#mufc : de Gea, Smalling, Vidic, Evans, Evra, Cleverley, Carrick, Giggs, Januzaj, Young, Hernandez.
Pretty screwed without Rooney
Flashbacks of Norwich away last season if Rooney is indeed out.
No Rooney, Carrick and Giggs in midfield possibly and no link between midfield and attack.
Why is Welbeck benched?? I thought he had been doing well recently.
RVP I think travelled with the squad but I'm hearing he won't be involved apparently.
Is that the official line-up? I can't see how Van Persie, Rooney both being injured and then Welbeck not playing, unless he is also, well... injured!
Won't be surprised if Welbs is fatigued, he covers a lot of ground
If Hernadez is our lone striker, our attacking threat will be non existent.
We lost to them with this being our team last year:
---------------Lindegaard
Rafael--Ferdinand--Smalling--Evra
Valencia-----Giggs--Carrick--Young
--------------Van Persie
--------------------Hernandez
I was really optimistic about today's game but now....
No Rafael, Van Persie, Rooney, Jones...
I don't see us winning this now tbh
Might have to rely on some individual brilliance today like against Stoke.
I heard Welbeck picked up an injury in the last game.
Anyway, why the pessimism? This is Norwich, we are away from home, I expect a comfortable win which will leave us 2 points behind the scousers before they lose to Chelsea.
Comfirmed no rooney! We're fooked with the players out!!!!!

Nothing's been confirmed
Yesterday Rooney said he was looking forward to the Norwich game on the Manchester United official website, so if anything has happened it has to be this very morning.
Yes it has, bbc sport and talksport reporters have confirmed rooney is out about 10 minutes ago. Broadcasted out to the nation, so i guess hes out wouldnt you say????
