I want a diamond 4-4-2 at home and away with Sandro playing defensive midfielder and Eriksen as attacking midfielder with 2 upfront.

I think it can work and it's a lot more positive than it was under Avb. What I don't want to see is that bulls. Hit 2 defensive midfield formation ever again.

Formation cannot be ridged anymore players need to be able to switch between different positions as and when they need to.

If like to stick 4-4-2 at home, because we can't be looking to be offensive, away from home we seem fine.

Football has moved on, it's no longer entertaining fluent football, sides like West Ham. Palace. West Brom will make it difficult to be entertaining due to being well organised and disciplined

by definition boring isnt enjoyment so you would take the boring wins for just for crowing rights not to enjoy success

If you want to be entertained I wouldn't hold out much hope, personally

Thats two massive contrasts that would never happen though. We support Spurs, we are not glory hunters. Winning 1-0 every game playing boring football would not be the Spurs way. I would not take that if offered, i know i would be in the majority but i dont care

thudd It depends if your enjoyment is just built on success then you are probably right, but if you enjoy flowing football with goals scored by whoever then I can hope

One thing for sure: don't do high line.

Play two strikers up front, as it will make it more difficult for defenders and allows one striker play off the other one.

But don't play high line. Because any player from the opposition just needs to hoof the ball behind the defense to set the striker free to charge against the keeper.
