Are you worried that your best team in years is only 2 points ahead of our worst in decades? Genuine question.

6 dives

gerrard did start the trend

Not worried. MU are struggling against the teams below and using all their usual antics to beat them. They remind of Ferguson team when going through the same problem.

You can't beat the top teams this way

Gerrard is an honest hardworking English brute, he doesn't dive.

Evras dive wasnt all that

United have scraped those two wins.

Moyes doesn't look like a happy man - he looks like a relieved man

He looked pretty happy to me

Embarrassing to dive to win a free kick near the corner just to save few more minutes against Norwich

Well you sound worried IMO.

Just sayin

Not as embarrassing as this article

Even Chelsea and Spurs play better fooball. M United depend on Welbeck physical approach to unlock defence

Chelsea dont play that much better football and neither do Spurs

That's not true though Bloodred. It might be our best side in about 4 years but you finished 28 points ahead of us last season with essentially the same squad. Even with a new manger you should be ahead of us yet you're going to be at least 2 points behind at the half way stage.

I've been saying for a few weeks now that it would be foolish to write United off given how tight the league is and it looks like it's starting to come true.

United have refound some team spirit in recent weeks.

The lack of quality without Rooney and RVP is massively evident though.

Other than their annual Arsenal beating, they will continue to struggle against the other top sides this season.

Two wins in games against the top half in 9 games, 6 of which were at home.

They will end up prioritising the cups IMO, and only get EL football as a result.

typical scenario man u win 1-0 man city win 1-0 both against teams they should beat day in day out and we have man city and chelsea both away, we have to get something tommoz or man u are just a couple of 1- nils behind

United were outplayed and didn't have a shot on goal until the the introduction of Welbeck. Long balls to him

posted on 28/12/13

oops, my bad should have said nil - nils

Remember 2009 when were playing the good football but MU stealing points

united werent great at all today.....

i watched the full game and they barely troubled ruddy at all..............

and welbeck was blessed to get through for the goal....

having said that ..only an idiot would write united off

The Utd players do not cover themselves in glory sometimes and it's been more evident this season in my opinion.

Boxing day Rooney got booked for dissent, all of them pressure the ref and surround him, Moyes was screaming at the 4th official and Evra was just being his normal unt self and he's their captain!

Zero class when the chips are down and they're struggling.

Gaining all the time whatever the performances,we could do with some of that luck,8 point lead over them now down to 2,makes tomorrow extremely important that we get something,if utd get in the top 4 they'll stay there.

.....

Come back when our players start racially abusing and biting opposition players.
