I doubt we're buy anyone tbh
Definitely need a new central defender and a new left back. Spurs pretty well broke even in the last transfer window, so should still have a bit to spend.

A new CB would be a good addition to the squad.
Other than that I hope we do relatively little business. We have enough players who are struggling to settle at the moment, I don't think we need anymore.
If we do I'd say a LB hopefully. I know what sort of business I'd like to do in the summer, but I think Sherwood should just basically work with what we've got and work out who is and isn't in the plans in the summer

We may broke even in terms of transfer fees but we'd be paying a hell of a lot more out on wages

We brought in seven players in the summer.
They still look like a team of strangers halfway through the season.
If we buy more in the window then i completely give up. New players is not the answer, just let the ones we have play in a settled team.
Its catch 22 isnt it?
We have 8 new signings who still havent settled into our squad and havent played anything like their true potential.
On the other hand, defence is a big worry, we either need to bring Benny back or buy a new LB and with Kaboul playing less games than our previous sicknote Darren Anderton, then we really could do with a new CB.
If Defoe leaves then we will need a new striker.
If Sherwood is going to persist with a 442 then we clearly have too many centre mids.
But do we need more upheaval within the squad?

Agree, there has been so much swapping and changing its not surprising that the new players haven't properly settled. Sherwood's most important task at the moment is to establish a settled starting XI
Yeah why quit while we're ahead, carry on spending I say!
Hopefully with some proper tactics we can establish partnerships in the vital areas on the pitch and work out who's in and who's sub etc. AVB was constantly changing the midfield because none of them could function properly with his 'style' of play
If we sign anybody they must have PL experience.
Recal Benny....
New.....quick cb.......
Are musts....
Would rather stick with rose, vertonghen and naughton than recall BAE. Would rather play Defoe at LB than recall him actually..
Recall Benny or get Cashley in, he's still decent and we'd get our money back from MLS

Naughton technically is a right back

Would Defoe still find himself off side if he played at LB
Hengy, Naughton is technically useless
