I seem to remember hearing bad things about this game to be honest
Medieval 2 I remember I was a beast with Egypt, until thay army with those elephants came. Wiped half my army that were occupying the lands of most of the world!
My personal opinion - Empire is the best one. The addition of firearms makes it for me.

Nah, he means the Timurids (basically successors to the Mongols)

they wiped th floor with me on mtw2 too, didn't help that my armies (and economy) had been decimated by Mongols and the Black Death
