A dream start that since the goal has been a nightmare. Totally dominated and Chelsea are fully worthy of their lead. Not keeping the ball when we actually get a touch and inviting them to control the game. Something needs to change if we are to salvage anything from this.

Also, don't know about anyone else but I feel Mignolet should be saving it for the Eto'o goal.

We never never never never make the most of getting a goal against the run of play. Most other teams take impetus from the goal and take hold of the game (at least for a little while). We just seem to scratch our heads trying to work out how it happened

This has shades of the Hull performance at the start of the month. Not keeping the ball and Suarez has been starved of the ball. Although he's been guilty of giving it away when he eventually gets it, too.

Its a shame to have lost these two games, winning them would have been a sign of intent to potential signings..

But, they are probably the two hardest games of the season, the teams expected to fiish 1st and 2nd and we are away from home!

I fully agree RKW, can have no complaints. Chelsea have been the better side. Its difficult to see how LFC can change this from the bench, now we are missing Gerrard and Sturridge. In big games players like that make the difference. And I would not call it a howler but Mignolet should have definetly saved that. Bit of deju vu with the City game there, well without the good LFC performence unfortunatly. If things are too change its the boys on the pitch now that are gonna have to do it imo.

Mourinho's tactics have exploited this error. They haven't created too much, but we aren't getting forward at all on the left side and the Chelsea midfield have just run over ours.

CB's as fullbacks and we are struggling again.

Watching their second its typical skrtel defending, more interested in holding the players shirt than defending.

We are still in this. However everyone needs to put in 10% more effort and quality.
