Perhaps you'd prefer to see Mike Summerby having another nervous breakdown on there instead?

You read the mail, you deserve Gary neville!

Have to say anybody who reads the Mail deserves what they get. You are either a right wing nutter who would have felt at home in Germany during the late 1930's or are so badly educated you can't read and merely look at the pictures.

I hope it's the latter.

As for Neville, I think he's doing ok, he's not been one sided, he's taken an even view of most hings even the charity shield. Where as would could have Mike Summerbee and his well thought out unbiased comments on all things football

At what point in the post match schedule did that turn from this was a good goal by rooney to how many replays will it take to make the old guys head explode?

I think the question is not what Gary has done wrong, more what old Neville Neville did wrong, and I think the answer is 'failure to use contraception'.

I don't read it, I am engaged to black woman and am the son of an Irish immigrant, as such am aware of the comments and stories posted about the people I love, I am not right wing or racist in any way, can you say the same for the mail?

I dislike the Mail, it's mostly lies and scaremongering, but you can't put a tag on people that read it. My nan reads it and she's a sweet old 80 year old lady

Cityblue I think you've missed the point of what dependable was saying. He was saying that it's a mistake to read the Mail unless you stupid or a racist. Basically saying don't read it.

I agree though, it is a right wing racist piece of garbage that panders to people of similar extreme views to make them feel better about their outdated views.

By the way, my other read on a Sunday is 'The Sunday Times'. Does that now make me right wing?

Gary seemed like a good pundit to me and although i am a red, I don't like the guy much at all but his half time comments seemed pretty spot on and intelligent to me

I note you now understand what I was saying.

I won't read it, wouldn't even wipe my ass with it.

He's just come out with this corker:

"anywhere else on the pitch and it's a penalty"

Gary Nevilly, fooballing genius, August 2011.

GB, yep heard it myself, but we all know he meant anywhere else and it's a free kick.
