feels like the backing would have to be far more than we'd expect to get, to make a difference. Squad is thin. Not worth paying over the odd in Jan to get just 1-2 in, when same money might get 3-4 in summer?

salonika, I have to agree, better to wait till summer, but owners need to show intent to keep fans on board.

We've had too much i'investment' around the corner, on the horizon, imminent etc, they need to start delivering rather than feeding us lines to buy more time.

Highland, like I said a couple of days back, those draws get us nowhere, we're slowly slipping back down the league.

Agreed Jonty,Salonica.We probably need signings just now,just to stay in the top half of the division.I didn't think we were that far away,but the last 4 games have shown where we are at present.

john, some of have been saying that on here for a while, it's been obvious.

Poor old Eddie takes some stick but he does talk sense sometimes. He also says we need a midfield maestro to dominate the midfield - 'a Championship Johnny Giles'. He's right there, too.

You have to agree with that, plus the fact we've a squad who've worked their socks off to achieve some of those results they are now getting jaded.
