Also it isn't emenalo's fault if we buy him for 7m and then sell him for around 20m. That's called good business
Don and players will be weary of coming to us and potentially ruining their early careers. Bad business.
How have we ruined his career if he's attracting the interest of the likes of Atletico and Juventus? It's done the opposite and elevated him
And players will always want to come to Chelsea. We've supposedly 'ruined' players in the past and yet we still attract young talent
Who doesn't want Hazard playing ?

To be fair, after the Basel game in which I thought he was absolutely dreadful, I wanted him dropped and started to get annoyed by the fact that he was consistently getting picked no matter what, whilst others had to actually play well to get into the team. But that period of this becoming a problem didn't last THAT long to be fair.
I didn't say we ruined his career but we have for plenty of young players. And of course there will be young players who come here. Just like there will be those who realize it may not be the best place to come if you aren't already proven. You're being very one sided about this.
So how does this all link to it being Emenalo's fault and being bad business?
You tell me. I didn't say it was Emenalo's fault. I do think, outside of financially, this is bad business.

Kevin isn't a house or a car. He's a human being
Players might be careful to not follow Bertrand's example of patiently staying at the club, waiting for the player ahead of them to finally leave.
The managerial instability has really not helped. For example had Rafa remained as manager it would be likely that Ake would be in the first team this season. As it is he's not even in Jose's plans.
We've heard this rhetoric from Jose about settling down and staying here for a decade. If it's true then I think the picture will look a whole lot rosier in a couple of years time.
The key thing is we were seemingly the only club to show real interest in KDB. If other clubs want him, then maybe players will in the future choose them ahead of us.
Think signing for Chelsea has still been a good thing for his career .

I expect/hope this to be the case as well
I'm pretty confident Rafa would have used Ake instead of Essien.
And dumped Terry and Frank
Rafa got Lampard scoring.
Good on a console is he ?
Well he did get the best out of Luiz....
He won't make it, was obvious to me from the summer, and the few games I saw him play.
Need to change my username now.

In what sense ?
If he wants to go to Wolsfburg, we should swap him for Gustavo. They need an attacking midfield player (apparently), and we need defensive midfield players. And Gustavo is one of the very best. I still don't understand why one of the major clubs aren't snapping him up. Plus, he would have his compatriots Ramires, Luiz and Oscar as teammates. It could be a perfect fit.
