Mafia, that can't be true. It was a JPEG a few years ago. Things have now surely progressed a lot further.
Come on Maf "own me" ..I tell you what , you can even try to do it in your own language if you want. I'll get it translated

Well, the place you are in and the competitions you went out (early) in this season is a justification for the amount you spend in the summer then?
So we've progressed from JPEG to a huge plot of empty land? I was expecting a lot more by now

How are Tottenham's plans for a big, new stadium coming along? It's now 2014, so I guess we should soon be seeing the foundations being laid and structures taking shape.
myhoofers.............................................you are getting very tedious now. I would have thought you had more to think about with your team sinking faster than the Titanic!
In answer to your boring question, I have already outlined the timeline previously on here for you. The site has been cleared and it was only Harngey Councils CPO's that were holding up things. The ITT's go out in February/March & the contract to build should be awarded by June 2014 with construction starting in the Autumn, and a projected completion date of May/June 2016 and Spurs moving into their wholly owned stadium in the July.
How are your plans to close off parts of the rented OS if you are in the Championship or even League 1 in 2016??
Yes, Spurs are knocking down the business in around Tottenham ,evicting the people from their homes and ruining their lives.

Any official confirmation for this said date please.

®åρtor...............................When these two clowns cannot respond sensibly, they attack our stadium plans which in reality they both know will happen over the next two & a half years.
What they refuse to accept (in denial) is that not only will they NOT OWN the OS, they might well be in the Championship or lower come 2016! What good will a 54,000 seater stadium do them then?
Look at better teams such as Leeds who have spent nearly a decade trying to get back into the PL.
I think they think that once they are in the OS a rich sugar daddy is going to come in and transform their fortunes!

Again muffinboy peddling out & out lies! All businesses will be getting new premises and compensation!
muffinboy, you have proved time & time again you do not understand how major construction plans work.
Firstly, only once an ITT has been won & a contract awarded does a structured and managed timeline begin. This timeline will give every part of the process deadlines, failure to meet deadlines are impacted with financial penalties.
In the ITT, there will be given a projected and mandatory finishing date which is when the stadium is declared fit for purpose. Then & only then is the stadium signed off and handed over.
Once the nominated contractor begins scheduled work he is working to the deadlines laid down in the ITT, failure to complete on time could result in penalty fines amounting to millions & millions of pounds.
Contractors generally complete on time because of these penalties. So in answer to your question, NO Firm date is given until the contracts are awarded!
Just for clarification: It is Haringey Council & not THFC who are issuing these CPO's on businesses in the area.
Contrary to popular belief they have all had letters outlining the process and also the proposed re-location & compensation schemes in place.
It is nice to see you two have more interest in our stadium plans than you do the plight of your own club! True supporters!

It's not me who said that Griefs, it's all their in the Guardian.
NO Firm date is given until the contracts are awarded!

In other words, no contracts are awarded until someone(unfortunate buffoon) show up with money.

Says a man on West Ham board..
A 38 year old Kevin Nolan leading the Hammers out to a half empty stadium to play Doncaster Rovers on the first game of the season

I don't have any qualms with Doncaster Rovers to play in the PL...
Says a man on West Ham board
That is hilarious coming from someone who spends 90% of his time posting Spurs articles on the Arsenal & Chelsea boards.
As for us spending time on here, if we didn't come on here then there would be absolutely little or no comments made. Apart from you & myhoofers who else supports WHU on 606???
You should be thanking us, of course there are other benefits for us. You two make every other poster look articulate and intelligent by comparison!

So, that "official date" you posted is not official then...You are so articulate and intelligent Griefs?
In other words, no contracts are awarded until someone(unfortunate buffoon) show up with money.
It is almost impossible to have a sensible debate with you, isn't it?
The ITT's go out in February/March and nothing else can be done until the contract is awarded! Which bit of that do you not understand?
If you believe anything the Guardian write then you are a sad individual indeed! This is a newspaper that puts sensational headlines ahead of national security & has put the lives of British agents serving abroad at risk.
o, that "official date" you posted is not official then...You are so articulate and intelligent Griefs?
Projected dates are flexible whilst still official, deadline dates are normally set in stone!
So are you going to tell us how West Ham are going to finish up this season?
