I don't imagine you'd be able to do a tour on match day.

Do a Legends Tour with Charlie George
Did this a couple of years back. Top bloke.

Agreed.
Did one with him at Highbury.
Guy defines the word Legend.
I was planning on going on one of these. How much is it for the legends tour?

I would also recommend doing the tour with Charlie George, top bloke.

It wouldn't be on a matchday, would be one day before.
Looks like a Legends Tour would be a better option. just didn't know what the self guided tour involved.
Charlie George, I imagine, would be good, although my son would probably choose Lee Dixon as he would know him 'off the telly'!!!

Imagine doing a Legends tour with Stewart Robson!
"......and this is where Arsene sits during the match."
(Robson defecates on the seat)

Do the legends tour with Bendtner
Eboue will be starting doing the legends tour next season, i'd wait till then
"Eboue will be starting doing the legends tour next season"
He'll rush through it, miss out half of it, fall over a couple of times and you won't have a clue what he's on about - but it'll be the best damn stadium tour ever.
Seaman, I visited a couple of times last summer and they were still offering the tours during the emirates cup period.
Pre-season is pretty much prime time for tours so I wouldn't worry about it.
he would stop half way through to give everyone a hug
Thanks Alvin.
What tour did you do? Self guided or legends?
My 15 year old Cousin went on a tour once at the Emirates.....she said it was with Graham Rix....she said it was only them 2 and he was very friendly....even showed her what it was like in the showers...............
Wouldn't dream of doing the self guided My attention span isn't long enough!
However I didn't have time (or cash) to do either when I went during pre-season, just remember seeing signs for them outside the club museum. I think the Legends tour was about £35 too not £45 as somebody said and under=16s were about £20.. then the self guided was half the legends price.
Both get to see the same areas and include the Museum as far as I know, so it depends how much you wanna spend? You can garuntee your boy will want something from the shop too
I did a tour in 2007. It wasn't a legend, but with a guide.

Legends tour is £37.50 for adults and half that for kids.
Emirates cup games are pretty cheap... I seem to remember one day considering hospitality as you can sit in the proper fancy areas (free drinks etc) for about £99 for four people... baring in mind you get two matches it's a pretty good deal. Normal tickets are about £10 for Emirates cup.
Cheers for the replies!
Will do a legends tour. Will get him a tour gift voucher for his birthday. My birthday is two days after his so will try blag a voucher of the parents as my bday present!!
No doubt he will be eyeing up the new kit so will put back £60 for that!!
Ideally, it will be the Stadium Tour on Friday, sight-seeing around London Saturday, Emirates Cup match on the Sunday! Will start saving now!!!
Sounds like a top class weekend that.
