Wow, is it the end of May already?
Weather's a bit cold still
You obviously have if you think everton will finish in the top 4
- Everton will finish in the exact same 5th/6th position they have under David Moyes. Playing attractive football has deluded the reality of Everton's football club.
They're not going to be in the Top 3, that's a given. They'll be competing against Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham for 4th place and I don't see them pipping all 3.
Will Moyes be inspiring your multi title winning players or will he be brainwashing them already into thinking they have been lucky winners over the past few seasons

They are currently in a better position than we are....does that make Utd fans who suggest will we finish top 4 brainwashed?
Has the top 4 ever finished with the same top 4 that is there at the turn of the year?
I can't believe some of our fans are throwing in the towel with 54 points left to play for.
Never knew finishing 11 points clear was a lucky win
the DM article looks like it was written by a 12 year old.

I'd say from the recent press interviews Moyes has more than intimated that the title winning squad he inherited is frankly not good enough to compete for the title.
His negativity could easily rub off on multi title winning players and thus damper their fight to retain the title
Have you all been brainwashed yet?
.............
Well, Phil, you tell us, you are on our board a lot of the time.
How many of our fans on here do you think have been brainwashed?
I can't think of any. The only one who is 100% pro Moyes is only wumming.

Don't know, does it?
How many of your fans thought after the first few interviews from Moyes and after the first few games played that last years runaway title winners were not good enough to win the title this season.
Same group of players and yet nearly every supporter has been brainwashed by Moyes and the press that your squad is not good enough.
It was good enough last season but your new manager has already got most of your fans saying last seasons title win was the fluke it wasn't
Think of it he's already got most of you believing your squad is now not good enough
United fans have been saying for 4 or 5 years that the squad is not good enough and that it was only Ferguson keeping them successful.
Any manager was going to struggle after SAF left.
The article is a pile of crap written by a crap journalist working for a crap news agency.
Only part I find interesting is
"In September 2011, ahead of the trip to Manchester City, a fixture Everton had done well in during previous campaigns, Moyes said: 'We will need to do everything perfectly to win. It is a bit like going into a gun fight and we are only armed with a knife.'"
If this is true, Its another glimpse of Moyes's underlying negativity that is hampering any chance of him becoming a successful united manager

Nobody is throwing the towel in, we are just being realistic.
Blind optimism will do you nothing come May.

All in good time.

It isn't under Moyes. Pretty obvious really.

Going by the negative Moyes articles on here, no he hasn't.
Either that or you have no idea what brainwashed means.
Phis3leftfeet, whilst not a fluke, last year's title win was mainly down to utd having literally no competition for it. It really was the fergie effect. They will probably go down as one of the worst teams to win the prem, and also goes to highlight the genius of fergie that he got them to win it.

That and rvp had the season of his career.
It seems as if Martinez has brainwashed himself into thinking that he's gonna make it big with Everton.
Funny how he used Andy Carroll as an analogy. I could have swore that he won silverware - something £300m spent at EFC havent achieved

Your not overly blessed in the brain department so I will try to make this as simple as possible.
Martinez made no mention of Carroll.
The person who wrote the article was the one and only person that mentioned Carroll
