Sounds like a Pjanic buy to me
quality player who scores goals from midfield but moyes will buy him and put him at right back
Pjanic on the streets of Humberside !

Hardly prolific scoring is he? Toure has 11 this season already I think...
Don't know anything about him though so won't say he's not what we need.

compared to our midfield that's like Messi or Ronaldo stats
What is he? A central midfielder? Or a number 10?
And what rumours are these? Started by someone on twitter no doubt.
I thought he was the most forward of a midfield 3. Not sure how he would work in a 2 man midfield.
way more than our midfield who can just about shoot
How does he play?
Is he a box to box type of a CM or does he sit deep?
Nah, we are going for Osman
I was about to do an article on this but I'll post what I'd written here:
It's been reported yesterday and today that Roma have received offers from a number of clubs for 23 year old midfielder Miralem Pjanic and it is believed that United are one of those clubs.
Roma haven't named any clubs specifically but Sporting Director Walter Sabatini speaking to Gazzetta dello Sport has said, "We have had many offers for Miralem, and not necessarily from PSG.”
Here's also an article from The Telegraph in October which states that United will make a bid for him in January:
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/manchester-united/10414147/Manchester-United-eye-Romas-Miralem-Pjanic-for-25m.html
For Roma, he plays as part of a three man midfield as the link man between midfield and attack and has De Rossi holding behind him and Strootman however I think he's pretty versatile. Capable of playing as a more advanced player or as a playmaker from deep who can push forward into attacking spaces. He's very creative, a pretty skilful dribber, useful from set pieces and has a good shot on him.
I think he's the type of midfielder we've been crying out for. Somebody who's highly creative who can get forward and effectively link our midfield to the attack.
Regarding Toure's goals, remember, he scores a lot of free kicks.

So we are gona buy a guy who used to play in a three man midfield and stick him in a 4-4-2 and hope for the best
Pointless telling everyone we have submitted a bid for him.
We all know that Woodward is putting bids for every CM and LB in Europe. Scattergun approach.
He's no Fabregas or Silva or Iniesta but he's a pretty gifted playmaker. And he's still really young at 23, so plenty of time to improve.

I see no reason why he couldn't be the most creative midfielder in a two. Like I say, I think he's versatile.
TRS
But where would you ideally fit him?
He doesn't seem the ideal CM for me in that he isn't the high energy box-to-box I personally would love, of course his creativity would be a plus but would he not take Rooney's role or can you see him fitting next to Carrick in a 2 man midfield?
Or more like this?
-------Carrick Pjanic Fellani-----------
Nani-------------------------------Januzaj
-----------------Rooney-------------------
In a midfield containing two causes of major transfer jizzfest here, he is th best of the bunch. Suits the english style of football and well priced by most account. This means it probably isn't true.
I will personally maim anyone that puts fellaini in midfield for us

Its still not guaranteed to work, isnt it? Could easily be another Kagawa. No matter how many CMs we buy from three man midfields, as long as they are played in 4-4-2 they will most likely fail.
Well we paid £27m for him not long ago so he is going to feature.
That set up was on the idea of Carrick doing a role similar to De Rossi and Fellani doing a similar role to Strootman.
