Our midfielders play too deep, and our wingers and strikers play too far away from them, which makes picking them out so much easier.

Because you don't allow teams to do that at OT unless you are happy to draw. Swansea will be more than happy to keep the ball and come away with a 0-0 if you allow them to.

In most of the games we have lost we have had all the possession so i don't get jamie redknapp creaming over it.

We need to replace Valencia, Carrick, get a left winger mani their midfielder, a full back and a few good squad players before we are challenging again.

Yes, I actually do. Look at Everton as the main example of how a manager can come in and completely change a philosophy that has been embedded in the team for 11 years. It took him one summer to drill out the boring pathetic hoof ball Moyes instilled at Everton before him.

I know that Fergie wanted a Scottish successor but when you have a mid table manager, with a mid table mindset you get a mid table team.
