Mourinho is a world-class manager. He is a hundred times better than the buffoon in charge of West Ham.

Is your perception by seeing him winning trophies at rich clubs? Have you seen a single academy player or young player coming through in his career at any club?

Maurren is shiitit when it comes to youth development, has no respect for young players. He knows only one way style of football which is stuck in and get results. I completely agree and believe if he has no resources he will be failure....let's see whether he do well without given all that money.

If you can use the limited resources argument for Jose then what about pep guardiola

He's jumped from one big club in a two team league to another big club in one team league.

Difference is Pep does it with dignity. You wouldn't have seen Pep poking Tito in the eye

I've showed you he has done it at other clubs with limited resources. That's all you asked for. Why bring up dignity now when you've been proven wrong?

Maf would sell his children to an Iraq goat farmer to have a coach like JM in charge of that shower of $hit.

Mafia: Fair point. I've only seen him winning trophies at rich clubs. However, I would guess that he would still be a good manager at less rich clubs. But we'll never know.

The way Moureen is spending, sooner or later Roman would need to sell his children to run CFC.

Milan sacked their manager, Allegri. Will the fraudster v 2.0 get the job?

Mr Chelsea,

You should read a bit about Pep's time with Barca B, and how he completely changed the fortunes of a team that absolutely no one wanted him to touch. He refused a directors role at the club to do it.

Txiki Beguristain actually though he was ruining the coaching career of a club legend by giving him a job that literally no one at the club wanted.

Not only did he get promotion he still found time to implemented a new structure that has been become the final piece in the jigsaw that has allowed the youth at the club develop into first team players.

He done this with next to no resources.

In a closed doors game against the Barca first team, the B team (in the fourth division at the) ran them absolutely ragged. So much so a member of Rijkaard's coaching staff asked Guardiola to get his kids to go easy on them.

Guardiola was a calculated gamble from Txiki, but his time will the B team had shown him that Guardiola had something special.

The critics of Guardiola ignore his time with the B team and his early days in charge of the first team. He changed everything at the club and all of it for the better.

Mafia: I watch out for Bolt on's and Sheff Utd's scores every week! Glad to see they're going nowhere fast.

Mourinho's two seasons at Porto had a negative net spend and they won the Champions League. Owners are just very confident in his ability that they do invest heavily in him and more often than not he gets results.

I am not his biggest fan and I think how he coped when the fans started to turn at Madrid said a lot about his character.

We all know what he did with porto

Remember Greek team that crowned European Champions.

As I said, he is riding his luck at a club with abundant resources either with players or money. Sooner or later he'll fall in to abysmal then you all come and apologize to me.

Very poor wumming there, that Porto team had many quality players, such as Deco or Ricardo Carvalho, that went on to have great careers, name one Greek who did the same. Both those Porto and Inter sites were made on the cheap and are hugely to his credit.

PS: The Portuguese League is the 5th in Europe, still ahead of France. Not too bad, really, but on the other hand I never watched a game of high scholl american football...

The reason Portuguese league thrives is because the top clubs recruit literally 100's of players from their colonies without any hassles and sell them to other leagues at unbelievable profits. Someone told me, Porto had 108 players at one point and most of them loaned to different clubs in different leagues..

Moureen is doing the same at chelsea .. literally he has two 21-men squad one in playing at other clubs in Europe and one at stamford bridge.
