Think I finished it inside a week just reading on the way to and from work. A really quick read but it was enjoyable. Pretty raw in parts so I'm guessing it's a first effort from the author - can't find sod all about him.

Curly -

The 77p doesn't go in my pocket, I'll be a good £7.70 down if I need to refund you all

Is the railway man a good read? The film glorifies the story a bit, expands creatively where its allowed to.

The coach carter effect you might say.

As a film its good but it should taken as factually correct as fraggle rock or the hobbit
