West Ham are so bad that Johnson has actually improved them

And to think half of our lot wanted Big Sam

I'm watching it. Man City are a class apart, (which makes me more pleased that we beat them that time). West Ham failed to close down for the first goal, which was a collective failure. No one stands out. For West Ham, although Caroll was making efforts before he was subbed.

2 snippets from BBC's reports:

Roger Johnson up against Sergio Aguero is the sort of contest that the League Against Cruel Sports should look into. Aguero skips past Johnson with ease, leaving the on-loan defender choking on fumes before slashing a shot wide of the top corner.

GET INVOLVED - #bbcfootball
Reverend Liam Reilly: Sam Allardyce's lack of imagination/West Ham's lack of resources shown by the signing & subsequent performances of Roger Johnson.

West ham looked alright a few months back, gone to sh@t now.

Maybe the guy is just a curse, relegation and sackings just follow him around.
I mean seriously, 3 relegations, 4 managers with us, Dave Jones, and now maybe big Sam soon.......and I am sure I am forgetting someone.

And Posh finally get a victory, coming from 2 down to win 4 - 3 after Notts County have a man sent off.

You see bute, you are ably summing up my point.

Where is the insult, or slagging off? Nowhere, not one bit of exaggeration, all just fact, except the curse bit obviously, that is unproven.

As for RJ, hopefully he does enough to excite a champo club maybe, but his prem days look to be numbered, very surprised he got the opportunity to be honest, be interesting to hear the hammers view.

posted on 21/1/14

What "hammers view"? The manager, or football forums?

posted on 21/1/14

Bet Wolves fans wanted Posh to stay up and Barnsley to go down.

The fans bute, i am keen to hear what they think, having not seen him play for west ham i have no idea, but as wulfruns posts above show, he is in line for plenty of stick it seems.

You seem to delight in following forums of Brighton, Ipswich, and now West Ham, simply to find straws to cling to to support your denigration of any servant, of past servant, of Wolves F.C.

Very sad.

posted on 21/1/14

Yep brave heart.

Though not worried about them now to be honest, with the same number of games we are 10 points ahead I think, they won't be in the automatic shake up, that's what we are aiming for.

Bute, what is your problem? I haven't slagged off anyone but here you are destroying a thread, grow up.

Another in my list of rubbish football posts from you cinci. And then you blame other people for challenging what you say.

The reason West Ham desperately signed Johnson was because of the mess they were in. To say they were doing ok before they signed him is frankly ridiculous

posted on 21/1/14

Trouble now for Wolves is that Johnson is showing his weaknesses to the nation in the full glare of Premier League televised football. So unless things change any team that's signs him will be mocked by their supporters for taking him on board. It may be that our only hope of offloading him will be to Sheffield Wednesday although even they seem to have improved results since they missed out on extending his loan

posted on 21/1/14

This is unreal?!?!

Where the hell did i say they had gone to sh@t since signing RJ?
They looked good at the start of the season, a few months back, lately they have looked sh@t, absolutely nothing to do with RJ being there or not.

But at least you and bute have shown us all what it is like, some of us cannot make a post without the bullsh@t coming our way.

Please, anyone else out there who genuinely thinks i have started the row on this thread, can you please tell me.

Summed up nicely. "Don't have a clue as I don't watch the games, just want to find posters on forums, right or wrong, who are going to be useful in my campaign to deride Wolves players I don't like."

Have you noticed that some of us don't sl ag players off? Like DJ, Cyp, etc. you accused me of licking players' bottoms just because I refused to change my ways and be venomous. I remain true to myself and wont be swayed by "the mob"

posted on 21/1/14

You had a little dig at siggy only a couple of days ago.

Not that it matters.

And cyp was slagging off siggy all through august and September.
DJ has posted several negative comments regarding Edwards, even going as far as to say he felt it was no coincidence results had got worse since his inclusion.

but I don't have a problem with people criticising players, nothing big or clever about not doing it.

cinci - West Ham have not been more than a point or two above relegation all season. So where you get the idea they were doing well I don't know. Unless you are referring to the fact they were in a decent position after one game cause they won that. But they only got two more points from their next 5 games and have been in trouble ever since

posted on 21/1/14

I support Siggy as I did Flo, Iwelumo, Dougan, and any taken in to the fold. I was the same with my sons when they progressed through Trysull Tigers to Sunday League levels. Unconditional.

posted on 21/1/14

I saw them earlier in the season and thought they looked a safe bet for survival, spurs I think , gave them a beating at WHL, but as it stands I reckon big Sam is fighting for his job.

Not much difference between those two points of view is there?
