Well ok then. Don't ask yourself how to lose weight but more how you put on so much weight in such short time! Once you have an answer, you'll know how to lose weight.
Holy mother you are overweight/obese. Get off that sofa because it seems like you really need help.
Start with the diet - forget all the refined nonsense and start eating fruits and veg. Just combine them with meals if you can and this will really help. Also water - 2L a day, no excuses.
Then exercise. Start with some light running or increase the amount you cycle, take the long route to work or something. Hit up the pool and do some lengths aswell that'll help. All in all you need to motivate yourself first to lose weight - make sure you have aims for the whole month and continuously check whether you've achieved them. It's useless without a plan of sorts.
Best of luck
I have a diet where I can eat whatever I like for 3 minutes each day.
seriously thougth, tea without sugar is much nicer, saving 15 spoons of sugar a day, thats 75 a working week.
also, portion management is key.
and drink plenty of water instead of fizzy drinks.
fat burners? are those things healthy with no side effects?
Does your bike have a reversing warning?
Y would u want to weigh 75KG? thats like a feather.
A good weight is around 80-85kg.
For the record I'm also 5ft8 and weigh 78kg but only 10% bodyfat.
Ok here we go:
1: Start fasting with the 2-5 method. That is for 2 days a week cut your calorie intake to about 700. The other 5 days are normal. Then when you're comfortable, move to 3-4 method. 3 days fast, 4 days normal.
2. Start weights. Building muscle increases your metabolism and that burns fat.
3. Cycle/run/walk every day and before your weight workouts.
4. Completely stop sugar in tea. In fact, move from Dairy milk to Soya milk.
5. Stop junk food to an absolute max of once every two weeks. In fact, for about a couple of months, stop it altogether.
I'm 6ft2, was 4% bodyfat and 90kg when in my prime condition. Don't eat after 6pm, eat a large breakfast and 3-4 smaller meals the rest of the day.
Above all though get as much cardio in as you can. 5 days a week and mix some weights in when your legs need some recovery.
I will have to sign up to the gym for weights, which I dont really want to. Maybe when I reach 80-85kg I will think about weights

Just buy some dumbells, you mess. 20-30 mins on the weights is all you need.
You don't need the gym yet..start with running in the park to begin with or even get yourself a jump rope and start with that. If your aim is simply to lose weight which it is there are hundreds of alternatives to the gym. Try exercises like burpees and do sprints aswell to burn off fat
You dont have to sign up to a gym, just get a couple of things for your home.
Try using a push up bar the one that swivel they are good for your chest, back, shoulders and arms.

Probably drop your guts......literally!!
I do 5:2. Started it last year. Lost over a stone. Put some weight back on over Xmas but have lost that again now. I could still do with losing another half stone.
I have a desk job and don't exercise so I know what I gotta to to shift more weight.
Gym memberships are expensive and 3 kids don't usually allow me to have 'me time'
