Humans face bigger and worse problems than the people of Israel/Palestine, for example, Christians in CAR and Muslims in Burma and so on..yet, this israel/palestine issues is always forefront in our daily discussions..
Faack sake, there are more people dying in an hour due to water contamination than the people allegedly died in israel/palestine conflict in a year or more..
Faak humans..disgraced race in the evolution..

Quite right Mafia but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be discussed.

Mafia, I suggest you start a new article entitled 'deaths due to water contamination and how we can solve the problem'.

Tim. I never said it wasn't on the rise. Just that it was a tiny minority.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Thank god it still is - comparatively - a tiny minority.
But how tiny is tiny, if the majority of Jewish people are not wearing their kippa anymore because they have been abused whilst wearing it, and half the Swedish Jewish population have left Sweden because they don't feel save anymore?
I'm bored now Tim. This article is about Anelka!
All agreed. Anelka was a tiit, is a tiit and will behave like a tiiit.
If the MODs are watching, can we close this article and start again please?
This is about Anelka and not Israel/Palestine and the plight of Jews across Europe.
As i've said countless times the French authorities have stated that the Quenelle's meaning is "vague". You can't punish a player based on vagueness!
Anelka was a t!t for bringing politics/personal affairs unrelated to football into the equation. Not a major offence but an offence all the same!
A swift rap on the knuckles and we can all carry on because Duodenum (or whatever his name is) is probably the only person who's gained from this!
You can't punish a player based on vagueness!

Surely, he must be punished for being dumb and practicing or adapting this vagueness at a football match..
Nope but he should be punished for only scoring two goals this season!
By the way, the Anelka situation isn't likely to be sorted until the end of next month. There's one (well respected) guy on Twitter who's suggesting it could drag on well beyond then and he wouldn't be surprised if he sees out the season.
No wonder the club are sitting on the fence!
Not read all the comments but this is my take on it.
Load of ball about nothing by the thought police.
People taking pills for other peoples headaches.
The zionist agenda driven media will drag this out for as long as they can, that's a given.
The should build a massive wall around anelka.
Anelka was close to retirement in the summer.
I reckon he will get an 7 game ban or something and just think 'Feck it' and retire mid season with an up yours to the FA.

Wouldn't blame him if he did righteous1. It's not like he needs the money.
Not sure where that will leave Albion!

I still fail to see why people are feeling that Anelka is hard done by with all of this.
I think David Baddiel got it spot on:"Anelka seemed to be saying, 'no it's not anti-semitic, it's just a gesture in support of my friend the enormous anti-semite"
And there is no doubt Dieudonne is anti semitic. Last week, Dieudonné said of a prominent Jewish journalist: "Me, you see, when I hear Patrick Cohen speak, I think to myself: 'Gas chambers ... too bad (they no longer exist)." Okaaaay.
Imagine if Suarez or Terry put on a white hood after scoring a goal, and saying it was not intended to be racist, but in support of their friend, the Grand Wizzard of the KKK? (I know, very bad joke, but you get my meaning).
The jews killed in the holocaust still have sons and daughters, brothers and sisters alive. They would have hoped antisemitism would have ended by now.
Israel only exists because of the holocaust.
It is a small democratic country surrounded by enemies, some of whom (eg Iran) have no problem saying they would like to wipe Israel off the face of the earth.
They don't just send rocks or petrol bombs into Israel, but (unsophisticated) rockets.
Israel is not blameless by by means, but we should not be condoning that gesture or any antisemitism.
I think both the anti/for Israel parties need to calm the feck down. They've both been going at this for years without progress yet they're still at it.
Maybe calm the feck down and stop hating on the opponents and maybe there'll be some kind of peace and we can all rest for a second
For me the Jews deserves a state and so do the Palestinians.
And the zionists deserve an eternal lake of fire for the things they urge people to do against each other subconciessly in the name of religion media and politics, while they collect all the property on the board.
First of all Anelka is Muslim and so is there for forbidden to discriminate against other humans as far as creed/colour/religion etc are concerned. Especially a people that share the same prophets i.e. Abraham and Moses.
Second of all, the gesture was anti-establishment/anti-Zionist which is a political/extremist ideology not the same as Judaism which is a religion.
Thirdly Israel is a country created by the UN with the UK's help to the detriment of the Palestinian people who ha know say in the matter.
It's the equivalent of Viking descendants reclaiming land in England and evicting us all of our property and land. Salah didn't shake Zionist hands because of this and the continued genocide of the Palestinians and land theft!
English people shouldn't shake hands with Viking descendants for the crimes they committed few thousand years ago..
