Draxler - Ruthless Striker ???

He plays as a winger or playmaker. Similar to Cazorla.

Got a bigger build though.

I think Walcott's much more likely to play as a striker than Draxler. I don't think being a clinical finisher will be such a big part of his game that he can play as a striker. If he did his intelligence, control, pace and dribbling would be good assets, but he hasn't got the finishing or aerial ability at the moment, while his passing and team play means he's better as a midfielder.

Was just reading through Twitter and saw the Draxler rumours were in full swing for you guys. Whereabouts would he play for you guys? he seems to play a pretty similar position to Ozil and Cazorla doesn't he??

So hes 20, playing as a winger and has as good a goal scoring record as Giroud atm. And a lot of those appearances would have been as a sub as hes young so less minutes. Then add that Wenger wants to develop him and we could be onto a winner. If it doesnt pan out for him as a striker, we just have a near £40m winger to improve the team instead.

He would play on the bench....

Giroud
Cazorla Ozil Draxler
Ramsey Flamini

Podolski, Oxlade, Bendtner, Gnabry, Wilshere, Arteta

Did someone say squad depth?

Rex

99% of everything on twitter is made up. It isn't a load of tosh. Wenger HAS been looking at getting Draxler.

However, all this "deal agreed" business is almost certainly rubbish.
