On more important matters, anyone seen the team for today? Stokes out and Pukki still can`t get a start.

Ledley and Samras both starting despite the fact they are stalling on the contracts.

Lennon needs to get a grip. This unbeaten record is worth nothing. We should be bedding in our new players and youngsters. Seemingly he said it would be his best achievement? Really? He`s not looking even as far as next season !

Pukki isn't good enough to start but Balde should have been given a chance to start

Yeah, very disappointing team selection, can't Lennon see that the fans are bored, we have 2 new signings and a few youngster that show great potential, but instead we are stuck watching the same players(some that looking to leave us on a free) week in week out to protect a unbeaten record that no one really cares all that much about.

This is not a dig at the players that have been chosen, as I would expect them to play in the majority of the matches, but a wee change to peak our interest once in a while wouldn't go amiss.

Samaras has been very poor this season and when he plays our tempo seems to be badly effected.

I am starting to feel the same way I did at the end of Strachans time....

Thanks BT, acually some sense spoken there. Like Jimmy the gers fan of 40 odd years, I've said myself that a huge opportunity has been missed to build a young football playing team with a good coach for a fraction of the cost of employing hammer throwers like the bin man and Black.

I actually think he is, but would like to see him and Balde having a run together. Although they weren`t competitive games, I think they looked good together in Turkey.

I think the team has become very stale, but we have a manager who won`t change a thing. If he won`t blood youngsters and new signings when we have a one horse race, then he never will . That`s not good enough

SO a summary:

Ally McCoist is to rely on youth players to get Rangers from the 4th tier to the SPFL in successive seasons. IF he did that and Rangers failed to be promoted HE (in most folks eyes) would be a clown for allowing a club the size of Rangers to rely on youths. HE would be the scapegoat with regards to the finances as the budget will be (bad as its working out) reliant on successive promotions. but at the same time he is offered money to spend.

Meanwhile over at CP -

Lenny in a one horse league with equally as big a gulf in spending capacity with far greater strenght in depth with established scouting systems and youth set ups REFUSES to play potential instead sending them on loan to Notts County, Lierse, Shrewsbury etc etc tells £2m Bangura to leave, refuses to play Balde, and sticks with 2 guys that are in the process of working their contracts down and leaving for free.

Seems some cant see whats in front of their own club due to their obsession with a club way way way off their radar, so far below they arent even worth talking about.

Lennys radar quip sure has irked the bears.
