Jenius

Everton did it and completely nullified us. Soton doing the same.

If we play 45 minutes like that against Bayern we will be 5-0 down. Soton might pay for missed chances.

We absolutely have to buy a wc striker if we want to challenge for the league
----------------------------------------------------------------------

We could have a Falcao/Ronaldo/Messi hybrid up front today and it wouldn't help. The team is playing woefully from back to front.

I think that dream went when Walcott got injured. We need a WC striker and a player who could do something different.

What I don't understand is how Gibbs got dropped from being a starter. He hasn't made a mistake but Monreal is just average. Always has been. And I thought all of that changed last year after the Spurs game. Getting hammered against City didn't prove anything?

I am starting to doubt Wenger now.

I can't believe Wenger thinks Giroud will lead us to the title. The guy is a cadaver!

Everton have been terrible.

he may bring draxler on

Cant see us scoring. Hardly in Soton's box because we lose the ball in midfield before. No wing play or crosses either.

Haven't lost to Soton in ages. We always draw 1-1 at their place.

At this point I would take 1-1.

Facking crap play, Midfield getting absolutely bummed.

We could have Thierry Henry up front today and we'd still be 1-0 down.

You missed the Napoli game, I guess. We've been awful, granted, but maybe the job is a little more complicated than a lot of you seem to think?

No one has the bottle to run at players and create gaps in the defence . We just stroll around the pitch like it was a Sunday afternoon....when it's a cold wet night in.....Sto ....Southamton!

Giroud isn't the problem today, midfield is.

I think we'll still win, though. Wenger will give them an absolute bóllocking at half time.

Southampton are marking us off the map, there's not enough movement from our midfielders atm.

Gibbs is way better than Monreal, agreed.

He is part of the problem. No movement at all.

Players like Walcott, Wilshere, Ramsey... that's who we're really missing right now.

Our mf needs a Wilshete or rosicky. Needs a British player in there for nights like today

We have additional money from Puma now, and no reason not strengthening our squad.. really no reason not to.
