It really worries me that we are only 5 injuries away from Victor Moses being the outfield player on the bench with the most minutes in a Liverpool shirt

Gotta say, i was dreading seeing that team, but it was pretty inevitable.

Gotta hope Stevie is fired right up, if he plays like he has the last few weeks, this could be a disaster.

Remember Stevie scoring a hatrick in this fixture? He's a big name today, but he won't exactly have the same role. In that game he had Spearing to protect the defence!

5 injuries is quite a lot, unless we're expecting some sort of epidemic in the near future. I don't think it'll come to that!

Fear we might get overrun in midfield again, unless we're playing a very attacking 4-2-3-1. Not confident with our defence either, but their record at Anfield is poor. Draw?

Never thought I'd end up missing Jay for anything apart from the fact he's proper scouse

Stones is a right back primarily, can play central good young player but inexperienced.

Barkley has had a painkilling injection to play, big risk.

I think we can get at Alcaraz in the middle who hasn't played much football this season.

Barkley starts......Stones at RB, he looked calm in his first derby.

Tbh, id probably take djimi traore at lb atm. Spearo would be first name on the team sheet

Where will Alcaraz play Arouna?

Just hope ttliv doesn't have a breakdown on the match thread if Everton score

Both benches look weak.

I miss Mash most though... Absolutely immense

I thought neverton had tons of injuroes o ly coleman and distin missing. As for barkely, i tuink people gettingover board. I expect gerrard to nulofy him today. Also this time they have to worry about sturrodge as well.

Alcaraz will be centre half with Jagielka

Judging by the villa game silky, an Everton goal on here would be akin to walking through a christian bale monologue.

True RR but the bench does not fill me with confidence at all.

People should stop panicking. We're both playing 4231 with 2 holding and 1 attacking mid (Coutinho).

Stones is their weak link and I reckon our left side will be our weakness. We still have Suarez and Sturridge though

Slightly off topic but Allen is becoming a big worry. He is consistently getting injured and for long periods too. Club hasn't spoken much about it.

Say what you like about United, but they've got Rooney, Januzaj etc on their bench and we have Victor Moses

I won't be touching this thread once the game has started.

It will just be a moan fest from 1st to last.

Worried about Pienaar and Mirallas, always put in a good shift against us... come on you Reds!

I agree neo. He looks like one of those players whose body is not up to it, sort of like keiron dyer, and even Michael Owen to a point.
