I stream for free

Always on English link, some I have in full screen on my 44" LCD - very good quality.

Streaming > £50pm

Either that or go to the pub.

Strangely enough the 'Monoply' laws are meant to give us, the paying public, better choice of service at competitive prices.
Yet all it does is push the cost up and up.

At least, however, you can watch Sky Sports via other platforms, and the same with BT Sports. Back ten odd years ago you had to have different providers to be able to watch all the games.

Watch on streams, they are free, easy to obtain, and generally hassle free.

What next? 38 different providers with 38 different games?

This is sort of a possibility. Teams like Real and Barca already negotiate their own TV deals, but it is not something English clubs have shown interest in yet. But if they do you could end up with a number of clubs having deals with various TV corporations, and thus could mean mass subscription would be needed to watch all games.

If that was to happen.....I'd only watch spurs games.....which kinda make the PL pointless if I'm not able to watch rivals....

Wld people not get fed up with that....what's the max u wld be willing to pay per game.......!?

Fuming really......for 60odd nicker a month.......!!!!

Just for heads up, to watch all televised live games you'll pay up to £75/mth on Sky and about £58/mth with BT TV. This is assuming you take the basic TV package, broadband (superfast broadband in BT's case) and phone, as you often need 'em.

That's £140per month!

Online streaming in my experiences often had suspect pictures, foreign commentary and loads of buffering issues.

Unless there is a an online site anyone can recommend..I cannot be listening on sky TV some pundit commentating on our game and not watch

BT have bought rights to all CL & EL matches from 2015 as well. No more ITV4 thursday night EL matches.

Don't want to be mugged off by those two providers, but then again don't want to miss out on premiership games..

God forbid, we qualify for CL and Ican't watch our games

Checking both what BT and Sky have to offer for next season in the summer before the world cup, and then I'll make my decision then.

Is there any compelling reason for paying TV licence anymore

Please don't say Eastenders

You could get Virgin and get Sky Sports added to it...

BT Sport is free with Virgin.

I've been watching football via streaming for many years now and apart from a couple of cup matches I have been able to watch every Spurs game. Quality is always ok to v good.

As far as I'm concerned Sky and BT can shove it. Most of the money goes to line the pockets of millionaire players, coaches, managers etc.....

Football is the peoples game or it's supposed to be. Until or unless Sky, BT or whoever brings prices down to a reasonable and affordable price so that it would be attainable to the vast majority of the public I will continue to stream matches for as long as it remains possible to do so.

Try kiwisportz, they do live feeds for all PL games and the quality is excellent!

Until each individual club transmits its own games live to its fans and we pay the club our subscription, most fans are only interested in the club they support, otherwise pay the present providers their outlandish prices.
