4 houses that are probably the combined cost of Aggers weekly wage?
Who is trying to buy these houses? Ian Ayre again
Exactly! Surely it's better to pay marginally more than the asking price to expand quickly and get more revenues.

I think Spurs will have WHL expanded well before 2018.
I can understand if it was block of houses, street etc etc but 4 houses
We should send round Mark Lawrenson to negotiate. He could bore them to death.
chelsea or spurs probably bought them.....
Nothing can be finalised until dementia dave whelan has his final thoughts on the matter confirmed

its the landlords, he can do what he wants woth his houses, I expect he will sell up before pcos are issued
There are two landlords who own the remaining four houses.
Don't blame the current owners.
This should have been done in the 90's.
It'd be just our luck if the landlord's an Evertonian refusing point blank to sell!
It's two landlords that own the four houses, so it's not as if it's down to people not wanting to leave their houses, which have some sympathy for. Just a couple of greedy
Liverpool looking to buy four houses, Spurs monitoring the situation
Can't believe these 2 owners won't sell up, can't the club offer something like 20% over market value, they have the money surely? Bet they are bloody evertonians refusing it.
Bet you it's Alas & Fell who own the two houses.

Nice to hear that while expanding the main stand there won't be any reduction in capacity.
I am surprised Ayre has not sent round his dodgy mates to do an insurance job. Burn the bloody blue houses down
Which is a faster pace than at any point under previous owners
