Are you happy with those signings? I personally would be very very disappointed.
I would expect a team in your position, who are second (albeit because of Austin's goals) to look to sign a Premiership striker on loan to get you over the line. Kevin Doyle? Three goals in 24 games in League 1 is poor, he needs to triple that in the next 19 in a much harder league.

I am not too confident regarding promotion. I just think we look a poor defensive unit. Didn't go to the Burnley game, but against huddesfield we were caught out at the back so often. Only their lack of quality saved us.
So to concede 3 against a better team like burnley doesn't surprise me. I know we have a good defensive record this year, but I think it is falling apart now and we need our attackers to get more goals. Maybe harry sees this too and hence why he bought some more strikers

so if he doesn't pick up his form, he won't cost us any more
furthermore several things have contributed to his loss of form (remember in the last 3 seasons in la liga he scored around 30 goals each time while not at one of the top clubs) - his wife had a miscarriage earlier in the season, which affected him, and he was also being used in a system that didn't suit him under avb.
thus he wasn't scoring and the player you now see lacks confidence because of this
that said he has about 8 goals this season, if he gets 12-15 goals, then that is not bad for a first season in the prem.
as for the other signings - paulinho looks good, chiriches looks pretty good, eriksen looks absolute quality.
capoue looked good early season, then got injured, and now sherwood refuses to play him for some reason.
chadli was pretty cheap and you get what you pay for - solid squad player.
lamela is the biggest disappointment but has been injured for a while, but even he wasn't 30 mill upfront. once again a structured deal with add ons if hit targets.
not to mention that all players came from foreign leagues and it often takes players a season to bed in. sandro was awful when he first came and is now pretty much our best player when fit.
so, a bit too early to say its money wasted, especially when we are 3 points off 4th, and most of our new signings have played pivotal roles this season

This season is the most competitive & exciting sesaon in memory. Not the usual one or two teams that are walking away with it(snore fest) & there's five teams within seven points of each other, and one of them isn't Man Utd.
While i'm having a POP how can a Wolves & QPR fan be taking the pee out of a Spurs fan about how poor their team is
Hope all you deluded QPR fans done that bet i suggested above?(it'll soften the blow of the misery you'll face) because we're going to be taking you over next month & waving you in to the play-offs.

As for the premier league. Most agree it is poor right now. I think recent premier league champions league performances from the premier league teams is pretty poor.
And most of the big games have fallen flat this year with little quality on show. Arsenal vs man utd has shown this.
