at least a 5 point gap
then, everton spurs man u in any order.
United can make forth if they get their act together.
My preferred choice would be Everton.
I wrote off our top 4 chances when we chose not to replace AVB with a qualified coach

spurs don't have the bottle to fight off THREE teams for fourth place.
everyone on spurs ja606 knows it deep down, whether you want to admit it or not.
It's disappointing because I feel like we had a good chance this year but I just don't think we're reliable enough to really drive for it

what? are you telling me spurs are not capitalising on an opportunity?!!! NEVER!!!!
Liverpool can really bang them in with Suarez and Sturridge. We are miles from them in terms of attacking prowess.
Our team has no shape or consistency. The current top 4 are all benefitting from stable teams with a consistent approach to matches.

Because of this I'm not getting too fussed over the league as I think we're probably the outsiders. I do however, want to win the Europa league and if Liverpool start to pull away in the next few games (we have some very tough fixtures that could lead to this), then I would hope that Tim goes all out to win it.
--------------------------------------
You probably have a better chance finishing in top 4 than winning the Europa. Wouldn't fancy you too strongly if you met a side like Juve.
Sizzle, I'm hopeful we can turn it around but the way we are playing now and the way our rivals are, we aren't finishing top 4.
Our GD is in effect a -1 point handicap
United can make forth if they get their act together.

I've been saying this all week but if we win tomorrow I can't see them overturning a 9 point gap unless they go on almost title winning form. They need to average more than 2 points a game just to break the 70 point mark.
There is a long way to go, we have just bettered Liverpool`s result at Hull and they have had a few big game changing decisions going their way lately which has given them an undeserved lift.
That sort of luck should not continue forever, (although with Liverpool they generally get the benefit of doubt from referees, so I would not be surprised if their comical good fortune continues).
We play Everton next at WHLand have even more players returning from injury, there will be a few more twists and turns yet before it is over.
Hull is a difficult place to get a result, they are the new Stoke (along with West Ham), with their hood ball approach.
We're not giving up hope but it would seem unlikely so I'm not getting my hopes up too much

Liverpool are very good at the moment, but they will have times where they struggle. We just need to stay in it and we might nick it.

Scored with a hand ball at Sunderland also etc etc, they were not iffy pens, not even fouls
The pens we had early season were handball, not dives with no contact whatsoever

Man Utd will pip Liverpool to fourth spot
Every team gets luck at times, both good and bad.
Its just that Liverpool`s good luck outweighs most other teams by a considerable amount most of the time, they have had being given the benefit of doubt by referees for years, everybody knows that.
Still believe it will go to the wire. Even if we win tomorrow and open up a little gap, I still don't think we're strong enough to 'run away with it', not in the slightest.
I still see Utd as a threat even if they fall 9 points behind. Although it would be typical for Liverpool to slip up tomorrow.
In the case of Spurs and Everton the gap is still pretty small. As greatteams says it can change quickly.
