It irks me that Derby fans say our attendances are poor, when they are almost identical to theirs.
Hi hum
Strett, your 'facts' are just making you look stupid.
Fact.
Strange how some people feel that they have somehow achieved some minor victory if someone else replies to their comment. I always thought that on sites like this, you should expect some sort of debate. Still if people feel that way then so be it.
How does your poorly formed mathematical brain work out your fact then Strett? Do you know the exact number of Derby and Forest fans in the world. To make your statement that would be an essential piece of information. I am teaching maths next week, it is simple stuff. Maybe if you could spare the time you could drop in for a bit of remedial work.
It wasn't aimed at you Strett. Forest fans are called fickle because our attendances increase when we're doing well. But when the attendance is only 21k we are fickle again. Very odd.
Canniggia, in all honesty do you think that as Forest are in a long unbeaten run, have a chance of being promoted automatically and are even scoring goals now, that the attendance at the City Ground should be higher than 18,500 in midweek and 21,000 on a Sunday. There were over 23,000 at Derby for a midweek against Yeovil on a cold Tuesday in January. Possibly the least attractive fixture of the year.
Is it Strett? Or us it yet another "ficticious forest fact"?
We average more than 600 more than you away.
Fact
Hello Rams and Reds!
So good to see everyone playing nicely
You have proof of that then Strett. I have never received one or know anyone who has. I have received freebies for Premiership clubs though.

I don't know what's a par attendance for Forest Spart. 18k seems low definitely, although that was midweek. 21k on a Sunday is ok I think. We've been getting 24-26k on a Sat which is about as good as it gets. Derby may get more at home and Forest take more away. That's just the way it is. I'm sure if either or both sides get promoted then I'm sure attendances will increase. I don't have a problem with kids for a quid or free tickets either. Why shouldn't the clubs do what they can to fill the stadiums?

to Florest - just goes to show what you can do when your fans are fickle, your manager has a serious chrisma by-pass, your owner tweets all and sundry without knowing the facts and employing Jim Price - a dis-barred solicitor from Scotland who is not really a fit and proper person to be employed by a F.L. club but continues to do so because this is what the manager wants

Got to agree, it must be so disheartening though when such a shambles of a club averages more points per a game than your perfect club ay?
That can all change very quickly TEG. Let us see after 46 games.
Actually I expect both Forest and Derby to qualify for the playoffs much earlier than 46 games. If you look at the table the 7th placed club is a long way behind and is likely to accrue less than 70 points so 6 wins for Derby and 7 for Forest is all that is required. If clubs one and two are way ahead then I suspect both Forest and Derby would play weakened teams over the last couple of games in order to have players fit for the play offs.
steve mclaren has done so well so far its unreal, we are punching well above our weight- if someone had told us we would be 4th after NC got sacked I would have told them that they had been drinking too much gin
It's changed already now I've sobered up Spart. You're averaging more points than us as it stands
