I don't think you can call Lallana a winger.

Why is Milner even on that list. Johnson is England's best winger right now. Theo not really a winger but better than 95% on that list.

Sterling at 9? Article fail

Headline changed, order remains.

Walcott is miles ahead of everyone on that list

Knew a Liverpool fan would disagree with that, I was mindful of where he'd be and that's where he should be, only gets a look as an academy grad, at our club he would be below Gnabry in the pecking order.

So weak with no end product, don't you wonder why you were going all out for a winger Kash?

Everyone above Sterling is better than him.

I'm not saying he should be at number 1 but easily ahead of Lennon, Milner and Zaha

As for us looking for a new winger. Well we need someone play on the left which is a position where Sterling does not play.

Put an exclamation mark on the end, make it sound like he has no choice

Tom Ince should be on this list.

I'd definitely have Sterling higher up.

Still an unfinished product, but he's better Townsend and Zaha at least.

townsend above sterling, just because a good long range goal after 5000 shots

I wouldn't call Ox, milner or lallana wingers

I wouldn't call Milner a footballer.

Townsend is currently first pick for England therefore he should be number 1.

Saw an interesting table the other day that suggested Sterling statistics have been as good/better in almost every department than Januzaj. Not saying he's one of the best at the moment but definitely underrated (I'm sorry but Townsend's hype is ridiculous he's done nothing since the England games).

sterling has better stats than townsend n the diver yes

My brother is a big Liverpool fan so I tend to watch their games in full. If I was also a fan Sterling would frustrate me an awful lot.

Suarez literally has to put the ball on the goal line to get him a goal. Pacey with not much else. Townsend is much more threatening on the ball than he is .

Zaha..... talent wise can go very far. Hopefully we can spark up his dream move to Arsenal in the future seeing as things don't look to smooth for him in Manchester.

Ox has the most talent on that list but still has to prove it over a season. Wouldn't take Sterling to the WC at all offers nothing different

Sterling is better than Townsend.

No he isn't. Watch both in full then come back to me. Sterling is limited

The fact that nobody is questioning Theo's spot at No 1 is very encouraging, i guess at last oppositions fans now acknowledge his quality

Sterling is limited

Townsend is super limited, the buy tries to beat defenders and fails almost every time. His final ball is poor- shooting and crossing- and he shoots when he should pass. He's very average. Lennon is easily better.

I think that list just goes to highlight how dire England are, a list of average footballers, little technique and a bit of pace. Or in Milner’s case hard working.

Sterling is promising, but at the moment he is very lightweight and can't finish. However, I'm sure both those aspects can be remedied in time given his age.
