your obsessed with him mate, let it go!
I feel you are trying to tag him as a poor manager, when you know he has taken us to a different level and put us back on track.
your own manger come out with rubbish, he the
ought getting beat 9-1 by spurs when he was at Wigan was a good result because he learnt about his squad.
if you need your team to get humiliated to learn about them your in the wrong job.
I do however rate your manger think he conducts himself with dignity, but that being said it does bore me that idiots like you try and make something out of nothing.
3 articles on Rodgers on the Everton board in two days!
But not one of Martinez saying Everton could finish top 3...
Rodgers and co kept hold of Suarez, and got him to sign a new contract. Good man management.

Let's see how that pans out post World Cup eh

We either keep the best player in the league or sell him for a price deserving of his quality.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And would Brendan claim that selling Suarez would have also improved him as a manager under those circumstances?
Suarez is worth more than most of the Everton starting eleven put together..
...and is a better player too.

here we go into Phils deluded mind trying to comment on something that isn't real / hasn't happened. Like his infamous "take the first three results out" article!

And yet the last 2 seasons with him in your team you finished below us in the league.
Can't figure that out,are you underestimating Everton's squad, overestimating Suarez's ability,or confirming what we already know in that Brendan is not all that when it comes to management
^ hi Phil, read what I said, "is"... i.e right now.
Cheers then.
Struggling to hold onto 4th place despite leading the league at Christmas and having Suarez firing on all cylinders.
That Rodgers is some manager that is for sure. You even have articles devoted to his press conferences on here. All you saddo reds waiting on his every World like lovestruck 14 yr old school girls.
It's both funny and a little pathetic at the same time
Hmm Martinez had Everton in 4th at the halfway stage and he thinks he could finish top 3!
Yes, Rodgers HAS us in 4th place, he HAS got Suarez firing on all cylinders, Sturridge too...and he HAS handed Everton the biggest derby thrashing in 3 decades.
Lovestruck? Yeah we like him.. Saddos? That'd be you bluenoses making regular articles about his "soundbites"
Strangely there wasn't one made about this sound bite from Rodgers : "This is a humble club. We won’t be making DVDs of the performance. There are bigger things we’re trying to achieve"
Phil explain one thing to me if Brendan is not all that explain why we are the most improved team in the PL this season when comparing last seasons results to this, we are 11 points better off, City are 9, Everton are 5. And before you throw out the usual money line only Sakho and Ming have had a significant impact on our first team.
You have to be humble under Rodgers because you have nothing to brag about under his leadership up to now.
After spending countless millions last season you still finished out of European football and below us.
This season your 'improvement' could cynically be attributed to the fact that Man City,Chelsea,Man Utd,Spurs ans Everton have all experienced the upheaval of changing managers.
Despite this huge advantage you sit in 4th with 3 of those clubs who have changed managers all within striking distance
^ and that's without taking any results out of the equation.

So you're saying Martinez has taken you backwards?

Phil plenty of fans on this site post about the press conference of their managers.
Yup all those teams except man utd have an improved points tally.
Poor Phil, can someone bring some more straw for him to grasp?
Lets see how Martinez and Everton do against a manager who has only had 2 months experience.

way off the mark Phil look above 11 points, the improvement is there for all to see in the only way that matters, points on the board, try again when you've finished chewing the lemon
