It is Mourinho's fault actually, he has temporarily morphed into Wenger for this particualr subject....

He'll accuse City of financial doping ahead of our weekend clash with them

You gave him 1 star Mr C....wtf?

posted on 11/2/14

No biggish, i always forget to give the stars when i make a post saying I'll give it 5. Done it now.

1. Ozil doesn't tackle, he is too good to tackle, pass or even play...

2. Spúds....

3.Man C and Chelsea are cheats.......we are not .............unless you saw Pires dive in 2004 or Eduardo's dive v Celtic.......

4. carrol £35 mil.......still makes me laugh

5. Portsmouth won a trophy how are their finances ? or Birminghams.....

6. If we sell Bendtner, Monreal and Diaby for £70 Mil and buy replacements for £75 Mil I would be happy.

Jose and Chelsea the biggest hypocrites in the pl. Complaining about City and there spending yet forgot all the years when they were outspending everyone in the pl thanks to Roman. Hell they still have the highest net spend over a 5 year period the clowns.

I'm not really sure who you're talking to OP. I also think you've made up points 4 and 6.

I never heard anyone say that about Andy Carroll, and I never heard someone say our sales woud amount to anything more than a fraction of our purchases, of late. Which they would. Obviously.

And point 2 clearly is about Spurs, but I've not seen any Spurs fan claim they've "spent nothing".

I stand by it... Diaby, Ryo and Frimpong are worth £70M combined

posted on 11/2/14

Frimpong's worth nothing to Arsenal anymore - why does no-one know he's already left for Barnsley?

You ranting again numpty?

It is not hypocritical to suggest that if some teams are complying with FFP then all teams should..

The comments from Mourinho are not complaints about the amount of spending but observations about FFP complaince...........

When Chelsea were spending madly there was no FFP, fortunate and convenient for them yes, hypocritical no..

I'm well aware he's left for Barnsley, however as part 6 states selling players to make £70M...

If (as I suspect) number 2 is aimed at Spurs then the point should be made that Dempsey, Hudd, Parker, Caulker and Livermore (loan) also came off the wage bill.

I've defo seen Liverpool fans claiming they didn't spend £35m on Carroll cos it was all dependent on Chelsea paying £15m more for Torres than Liverpool would buy Carroll for, so Chelsea spent the money on him.

The logic is so stupid and hard to follow I dunno if that even makes sense but the OP hasn't just pulled it out of nowhere

Are you saying perma-crocked Diaby and never-really-tested Ryo are, together, worth £69m? Because I very much doubt we got much more than £1m for Frimpong.

Many people on the Liverpool board made the claim, to try and distance themselves for the stupid price they paid for Carroll.

Point 6 relates to posts that go:

"Next Season -

Buy: Reus 20M, Falcao 25M, Mangala 15M = £60 Million

Sell: Vermaelen 20M, Monreal 20M, Rosicky 20M = £60 Million"

I see them often, on most boards.

Fair enough, I've never seen one quite that mad - although now I see one here, on this thread, from £70m for Frimpong, Ryo and Diaby. Madness.

I guess I've developed a filter to ignore posts from crazy people, other than Choice.

I may have, ahem, exaggerated slightly. I do remember one Liverpool fan suggesting they would get maybe 20 million for Skrtel earlier in the season, although that looks less (but still) stupid each week.
