Its a good point. Maybe, just maybe agger coming back and johnson wiyh sakho may just save us.
maybe we should give kolo a break against the weaker teams.1 goal and 1 assist in two games.
I think he's probably too old to be playing this much and is a bit past it. He was meant to be a squad player to give the others a rest wasn't he?
Toure playing as a left sided CB can't continue. Dagger is back now
Kolo was a good buy for a fourth choice centre back, to be played in early cup rounds and in emergencies, but he should never start ahead of Agger
I can see the thinking behind Kolo needing resting. The only danger is that, by not playing, his defending could get worse. For me there are twelve unbelievably hard slog games in front of us to get top four. I don't care any more if we get higher than that, just, get on with it. One day I will enjoy watching my team play football again. That's what's keeping me going as a supporter.

Maybe we are b2ing harsh on kolo. He was 4th choice and all our defenders have been injured and kolo has actually done more than enough.

He made some vital clearances at the end. The defence as a unit is the problem - its unfair to single out individuals.
Rememer Traore's OG against Burnley in the cup back in 2005!
In two away games he has gifted the opposition 2 goals, when under no pressure at all.
This is unacceptable and when you consider he's playing out of his comfort zone as a LCB it's a no brainer that he deserves to be dropped.
I agree gb. I just thought he played quite well against arsenal only to bumble against weaker teams.
Tries too hard and sometimes, sometimes fails miserably? Then scores goals? Own ones? Time for a change Brendan,Kolo has the making of being a real liability.
