Arsenal to sneak it. They'll ride their luck to their first trophy in 9 years and Wenger will then smugly tell everyone how right he has been so he gets another 9 years of excuses and underachievement that the fans will lap up
Their mauling at Anfield was clearly in the minds of the Arsenal players in their match on Wednesday- I mean, both teams were trying so hard to not lose.
We have to hope that Wenger still has that philosophy on Sunday and as we all know, European managers always rate the Champions League as the holy grail and with Bayern 48 hours later surely he will be looking to rest one or two players anyway.
I am sure Brennie will play what he thinks is his strongest side as the winners will be through to the quarter finals. I deffo think Toure needs a good rest now that Agger is obviously fit again

A win would be great but I would like to see them back at Anfield
I'm not sure Wenger treats the CL as the holy grail.

The Bayern game in on the Wednesday.

Oops - but still pretty close to our match. Shame it's not their away fixture isn't it

I think he'd like to - he's just not good enough - le professeur is a little over-rated.

We'll put our strong team out against Liverpool and Bayern and then rest a few players against Sunderland.
It still cracks me up that arsenal were scared of united at the weekend.
Ideally, I would want us to prioritise the FA Cup game, because as someone mentioned, one of Liverpool/Arsenal go through, they will be second favourites to win it and I feel this is an opportunity we shouldn't waste. BUT in the CL, if you qualify from the group stages, you get more money than winning the FA Cup and winning the League Cup combined which is quite sad in my opinion because it puts more emphasis on qualifying for a competition than winning a competition. Besides, even if we get past Bayern, we'd still have Chelsea, City/Barcelona, Madrid to face who'd all be favourites ahead of us.
FA Cup is our best chance to win a trophy, but Wenger won't care.
So for that reason, I think Wenger will prioritise the Bayern game and we'll get knocked out of the cup. Which would mean Wenger is one step closer to his 10 years without winning a trophy
1-2 Liverpool.
It was the premiership points i really wanted...
The cup game is a welcome distraction.....but to beat the gunners at the emirates is a tall task
